中文摘要：	互联网金融企业的商业模式研究，通过对互联网金融概念及特点的辨析，提出了互联网金融是以大数据为核心的创新商业模式。并综合国内外互联网金融的发展历程和模式概况，重点研究我国互联网金融企业的发展路径。深入解析目前互联网金融企业的典型模式，包括互联网银行、以网络微贷为主的大数据金融、P2P贷款以及网络众筹，全面探讨我国互联网金融企业发展的整体情况。并结合商业模式理论、长尾理论等理论研究，提炼总结出目前互联网金融商业模式的四大核心要素：差异化战略、以大数据为核心的关键资源、服务定位长尾小微客户群、以及规模经济和边际效益递增的盈利模式。并在此基础上，从战略规划、运营模式构架和“三流合一”的大平台建设三个方面，提出互联网金融企业发展和实施创新商业模式的路径。研究关注了大量的案例和国内外互联网企业的创新商业模式和典型应用，对目前互联网金融企业的发展作了详细的分析和总结，对未来互联网金融的发展提供了一点经验和借鉴。
英文摘要：	Research on business model of Internet financial enterprises, through the analysis on the concept of the Internet Finance and characteristics, puts forward the Internet finance is through business model innovation as the core of large data. And comprehensive development process and mode at home and abroad of the Internet financial, research on the development path of the Internet financial enterprises of our country key. Depth analysis of current Internet financial enterprises of typical patterns, including the Internet bank, dominated by the large network micro credit financial data, P2P loan and network crowdfunding, comprehensive discussion of the whole situation of the development of the Internet financial enterprises in china. Combined with the research on business model theory, the long tail theory, summarizes the current Internet financial business model of the four core elements: differentiation strategy, to large data is the core of the location service key resources, the long tail small customer base, and economies of scale and the marginal benefit of increasing profit model. And on this basis, from three aspects of strategic planning, operation mode framework and "three in one" big platform construction, put forward the development of the Internet financial enterprises and the implementation of business model innovation path. Pay attention to the research of a large number of cases and domestic Internet enterprises innovation business model and typical applications, on the current development of Internet financial enterprises made a detailed analysis and summary, providing a little experience and reference for the future development of Internet finance.
