| 中文摘要: | 自20世纪70年代,随着我国经济的快速增长,港口行业的发展也迎来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。为了应对新时代出现的新变化,港口企业不断通过改革创新、扩张规模、提升效率等方式提升自身实力。通过几十年的发展,我国港口行业发生了翻天覆地的变化,中国港口企业经历了从政府取得建设资金的旧模式过渡到了政府投资与多渠道融资并重的新模式。当前我国港口行业所面临的融资需求日益增加,这种客观形势除了会吸引国有资本、外资、民营资本积极参与之外,必然会使用各种金融工具对港口行业的发展进行支持,其中融资租赁将会成为重要的支持力量。以港口设备为租赁物的融资方式将为企业提供更大的金融支持,将有助于中国港口码头行业的发展。 融资租赁作为一种发展相对成熟,操作相对便捷的融资方式,一直以来并未得到我国港口企业的重视。实践证明,融资租赁凭借其操作便捷、功能强大等特点,完全有能力成为港口企业的融资活动中的重要支持力量。本文试从理论分析和实际案例两方面进行分析。在理论方面,一方面对融资租赁的基础理论、分类、功能和优势及国内外发展情况等内容予以介绍;另一方面对我国港口企业在建设发展、融资情况等内容予以介绍;进而从港口企业、外部环境和融资租赁公司三方面对融资租赁业务在港口企业尚未得到广泛应用的原因进行分析并提出解决方案。在案例分析方面,首先对案例公司T公司的基本情况进行介绍,包括公司所在区域情况、自身经营范围及投资建设情况等,说明T公司具备了港口行业普遍存在的建设规模大、投资回收期长、资产规模大等特点,使得T公司在原有融资手段的基础上,面临不断拓宽融资渠道的客观局面。本文分析了港口行业的发展情况和行业投融资特点,以T公司实际发生的融资租赁行为,即以售后回租方式将港区桥梁等基础设施出售给X租赁公司并租回使用为例,说明融资租赁行为不仅能够盘活存量资产,优化企业财务结构,还具备资金使用灵活,减少所得税税负等优势,并将此方案与银行贷款方式进行对比,阐明了融资租赁对港口企业的适用性以及为港口企业带来的好处,最后从公司本身和其他方面对T公司今后拓展融资租赁的开展提出改进建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since 1970s, the port industry enters into a rapid development period and meets unprecedented opportunity and challenge with rapid development of Chinese national economy. In order to confront new changes occurred in new era, the port enterprises continuously improve their strength through reform and innovation, scale expansion, and efficiency improvement. After decades of development, the great changes have happened in Chinese port industry, and Chinese port enterprises have experienced a transition from old mode of obtaining construction fund from government to new mode of government investment and multi-channel financing. Currently, the financing demand faced by port industry is increased day by day. Under such objective situation, the government capital, foreign capital, and private capital are attracted to make active participation, and also provide support for development of port industry through various financial instruments, and the financial leasing will become an important support power. The way of financing in which the port equipments are taken as leasing items will provide more financial support for enterprises and be good for development of Chinese port industry. As a kind of way of financing with mature development and convenient operation, the financial leasing always attracts little attention from Chinese port enterprises. However, it has been found that the financial leasing is fully capable of becoming an important support power in financing activities of port enterprise by virtue of convenient operation, powerful function and other features. This paper attempts to carry out analysis from perspective of theoretical analysis and actual case. In terms of theory, on one hand, this paper introduces basic theory, classification, functions, advantages, and domestic and foreign development situation of financial leasing; on the other hand, this paper introduces construction, development, and financing situation of Chinese port enterprises, so as to make analysis on the reason why the financial leasing business is not widely applied in port enterprises from three aspects, that is, external environment, port enterprises, and financial leasing companies, and also proposes solution. In terms of case analysis, this paper firstly introduces basic situation of case company T company, including the situation of company location, business scope, investment and construction situation, and future development plan, etc., explains that T company has the features such as large construction scale, long investment payback period, and large asset scale, etc., commonly existing in port industry, and those features result in an objective situation that T company should continuously expand financing channel on the basis of original financing means. Then, this paper analyzes development situation, and investment and financing features of port industry, takes the financial leasing behavior which actually happened in T company (that is, T company sold the infrastructure such as bridge in port area to Industrial Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in a leaseback way and then leased it back for use) as an example to show that the financial leasing behavior not only can revitalize stock assets, optimize enterprise financial structure, but also has the advantages of flexible use of funds and reduction of income tax bearing; furthermore, this paper makes a comparison between this scheme and bank loan way and explains the applicability of financial leasing to port enterprises and advantages it brings to port enterprises. Finally from the company itself and the other proposed improvement suggestions on development of T company in the future development of financing leasing. | |
