中文摘要:当今世界经济正在经历经济一体化和全球化的重要变革,在这一变革过程中,跨国企业的迅速发展无疑成为一种重要的推动力量。但在全球化过程中,由于不同国家有着不同的社会背景、宗教信仰、政策环境、风俗习惯等,在此基础上所形成的企业经营理念、管理思维、核心价值观等也有着很大的差异,因此任何一个采用国际化经营战略的企业都要面临文化冲突的问题。所以,如何正确看待文化冲突,并采取有效策略把不同的文化融合到一起,对促进企业的国际化经营有着极为重要的意义。 沃尔玛百货有限公司于20世纪60年代成立,经过近50多年的努力和发展,目前已经成为全球最大的私人雇主和连锁零售企业,连续多年在世界500强评选中排名第一。沃尔玛的成功源于它的经营之道,而经营之道的核心又是它独特的企业文化,正是依靠完善的企业文化体系,沃尔玛的其他战略才有了实现的土壤和保证。但就是这样一个拥有强大企业文化的企业,却在海外发展过程中不断遇到问题,始终无法延续美国本土的辉煌。究其原因,国际化经营过程中的文化冲突与融合问题成了制约其全球化发展的关键因素。 正是在这样的背景下,本文希望以沃尔玛中国公司为例(以下简称沃尔玛中国),在借鉴麦肯锡组织文化7S模型理论基础上,以沃尔玛中国为例,通过对其的分析,研究其在国际化经营过程中的文化冲突与融合问题,并以此为借鉴,为中国企业的国际化道路提供实践经验和理论依据。  
英文摘要:Now one of world economics most main characteristics, is the transnational enterprise develops rapidly, and becomes the economical globalization and the integrated process prop strength in the world economics development. At the same time, as a result of the different national political system, the legal standard and the manners and customs difference, from this the management idea, the management decision-making thought, the enterprise behavior way which forms and soon also has the very big difference, therefore appears the cultural conflict in the enterprise transnational management process is inevitable. The correct understanding Chinese and foreign both sides cultural conflict, adopts the science reasonable cross culture management strategy, enable the different culture to obtain the effective exchange, the conformity, forms the fusion culture, to promotes enterprise's transnational management to have the extremely vital significance. Wal-Mart Store, Inc. was founded in 1962, through nearly 50 years of development, has now become the world's largest private employer and the biggest retail enterprise, for many years ranked as top one of Fortune 500s. The success of Wal-Mart is because of the unique way of business, and the core of business way is corporation culture, which is the solid foundation and guarantee for other strategic successful implementation. But Wal-Mart met more and more problems in overseas development, Investigate its reason, the cultural conflict in the enterprise transnational management is a key factor. Under this circumstance, this paper takes Wal-Mart China as the research object, in reference to the McKinsey 7S model on the basis of the theory, analysis the development process of Wal-Mart China, research its internationalization process of cultural conflict and fusion, and provide practical experience and theoretical basis for Chinese enterprise’s internationalization road.
