中文摘要: | 一直以来,德国制造业在全球范围内都占据领先地位。德国制造业在许多领域都引领行业技术发展的潮流,推动着全球制造业的技术变革。2013 年,德国政府提出实施“工业4.0”战略,以保持德国制造业在未来的竞争优势。西门子公司作为“工业4.0”战略的主要推动者和饯行者之一,拟逐步通过战略转型进一步提升公司的市场竞争力。本文以西门子(中国)工业自动化集团为研究对象,结合战略管理有关理论,研究公司战略转型有关问题。在分析公司发展现状、组织架构基础上,本文探讨了西门子(中国)工业自动化集团实施战略转型的动因,并认为经济、行业竞争、技术更新、需求变化、公司持续发展要求等因素,是影响和推动公司实施战略转型的主要原因。其次,运用波特五力模型和SWOT 分析方法对公司所面临的行业环境和内外部环境进行分析,发现西门子(中国)工业自动化集团应选择渐进式前瞻性战略转型方式,切实推动公司的战略转型,提高战略转型的成功率。再次,在综合行业分析、内外部环境分析、工业4.0 的特征,以及转型目标、原则等基础上,本文提出了西门子(中国)工业自动化集团“数字化工厂建设+提高资源效率+培养专业人才”三位一体的战略转型方案,以为公司推进战略转型提供参考。本文研究认为,为有效推进公司战略转型方案落地,西门子(中国)工业自动化集团需要在公司高层、组织机构、营销管理、激励机制和企业文化等方面采取相应措施,才能切实保障战略转型方案有效实施。 | |
英文摘要: | All along, the German manufacturing in the global leading position. German manufacturing in many areas are leading industry technology development trend, promotes the technological change in the global manufacturing industry. In 2013, the German government implement the strategy of "Industrial 4.0" is put forward, in order to keep German manufacturing competitive advantage in the future. Siemens company as the main drivers of the strategy of "Industrial 4.0" and one of the practitioners, and plans to gradually through the strategic transformation to further improve the market competitiveness of the company.Based on Siemens Limited China Industry Group as the research object, combining the relevant theories of strategic management, related problems on the research firm strategic transformation. Based on the analysis on the company development present situation, organization structure, this paper discusses the Siemens Limited China Industry Group implementation of the strategic transformation of motivation, and that the economy, industry competition, technology updates, demand changes, factors such as the company continued development, is the influence and promote the company is the main reason for the implementation of strategic transformation. Secondly, using the potter five model and SWOT analysis method to the company facing the industry environment and internal and external environmental analysis, found that Siemens Limited China Industry Group should choose to gradual forward-looking strategic transformation, improve the company's strategic transformation, improve the success rate of strategic transformation. Again,the comprehensive industry analysis, internal and external environmental analysis,industry characteristics of 4.0 and transformation goal, principles, basis, this paperputs forward the Siemens Limited China Industry Group "digital factory construction,improve the efficiency of resources and cultivate professional talents" trinity strategic transformation scheme, thought the company its strategic transformation to provide the reference. So the research suggests that to effectively promote the company's strategic transformation, Siemens Limited China Industry Group need to be in top management, organization, marketing, management, incentive mechanism and enterprise culture to take corresponding measures, to ensure the effective implementation of the strategic transformation scheme. | |
