| 中文摘要： | 当前，在我国大力推进经济结构转型背景下，各种科技型企业不断涌现，成为推进经济结构转型的重要力量之一。然而，在科技成果转化为产业化生产的过程中，科技型企业的成长道路却充满挑战。从国外科技企业发展历程来看，企业孵化器在促进企业科技成果转化，降低初创企业经营风险，提高企业创业的成功率等方面具有重要作用。本文研究以天津C 医药企业孵化器为研究对象，结合企业孵化器和战略管理有关理论，在综合运用PEST 和SWOT 方法对C 医药企业孵化器内外环境进行分析的基础上，剖析了C 医药企业孵化器在发展过程中存在的相关问题。研究认为，当前C 医药企业孵化器存在编制设置欠合理；制度模式不完善；服务平台待完善等问题。针对存在问题，本文认为，未来滨海新区应在服务经济建设发展，促进科学技术孵化，做孵化市场化，企业增长点的有力推动者的总体战略定位下，按照市场化运作的模式开展工作。最后，本文还提出了C 医药企业孵化器的总体战略目标和分析战略目标及相关保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要： | As China is currently undergoing a transformation of its economical structure, a variety of technology-based enterprises have emerged and become an important driving force for such transformation. However, technology-based enterprises are facing many challenges for development in the process of commercializing their technologies. A study of the development history of foreign technology-based enterprises shows the importance of enterprise incubator for promoting the commercialization of technologies, mitigating operational risks for early-stage enterprises as well as increasing the success rate for starting up a business. With Tianjin C pharmaceutical incubator as the study subject, the article points out several issues that have affected the development process of the incubator based on a combination of incubator & strategy theory study and PEST & SWOT analysis of the incubator's internal and external environment. These issues include improper organizational structure, system not perfect, and service platform needs improvement. To fix these problems, the article suggests that Binhai New Area should take a more market-oriented approach and strategically reposition itself as a facilitator for economic development as well as for technology incubation and commercialization.In the end, the article also sets out a strategically goal for C incubator and present | |
