| 中文摘要: | 在当代社会中,人力资源管理已成为企业管理的重要内容,是制约企业发展的关键因素。企业的人力资源管理主要通过激励机制来实现,激励的实质是激发员工行为的心理过程,企业建立有效激励机制就是要正确诱导员工的工作动机,将企业目标与员工自身需要协调统一,促使员工发挥能动性和创造性,既满足自身需求,又实现企业目标。因此,一个企业若要取得长足的发展,就必须具有超高的凝聚力,让企业员工积极主动地为企业工作,其中最为关键的是通过有效的激励机制调动企业员工的积极性。为了激发员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,企业应建立合理的激励制度及其管理流程,构筑合理、公平、公正的激励原则,从而建立科学的员工激励机制,以激发员工对企业的认同感,培养员工的忠诚意识;并在此基础上完善企业员工激励机制,企业应充分考虑员工的个体差异,遵循必要的激励原则,建立和实施多层次激励机制,给予员工个性职场培训,增强员工的忠诚度,制定激励性的薪酬和福利制度,采取人性化的管理手段,以适应现代化管理的需要。本文首先确定了研究背景以及研究意义,明确在本文中需要研究的大致方向,而且也对相关研究成果进行了例举和分析,成文了本文的理论基础,然后对于激励机制的相关概念进行解读,确定了本文的理论奠基,同时对于影响LG公司员工激励制度中的影响因素进行了分析,而且对此进行了详细的调查,得出了一些数据资料并且分析,为本文的研究提供了重要的数据支持,为之后的策略制定提供了一定的参考,最后分析目前在LG公司员工激励制度中存在的问题而且给出了有参考性的解决方案。本文研究过程的理论基础包括企业管理学、心理学、人力资源管理理论等,并且文献资料和调查数据相结合,对LG公司员工激励制度进行了对比分析和研究,找出其中存在的内在规律。在员工激励制度的影响因素中根据调查结果详细分析了每一个因素的影响程度,而且结合激励理论进行研究。最后根据数据分析结果找出其中存在的问题,对其进行实证研究,在实证研究分析中得出解决方案,根据激励理论的相关内容制定完善的激励措施,提高员工对企业的满意程度和在工作中得到的成就感。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In modern society, human resources management has become an important part of enterprise management, is the key factor restricting the development of enterprises. The enterprise human resources management mainly through the incentive mechanism to realize, the essence of motivation is a psychological process to stimulate employee behavior, for enterprises to establish an effective incentive mechanism is to correctly induce the employees work motivation, the goal of enterprise and employee's own need to coordinate and unify, encourage employees to play the initiative and creativity, not only to meet their own needs,and realize the goal of enterprise. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to obtain the considerable development, it must have high cohesion, to allow enterprises to work actively for the enterprise, one of the most critical is the effective incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees . In order to stimulate staff's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, the enterprise should establish incentive system and management process and reasonable, to construct a reasonable and fair incentive principle, to establish a scientific incentive mechanism employees, to motivate employees to enterprise's sense of identity, the training of the staff loyalty consciousness; and on this basis to improve incentive mechanism, the enterprise should fully consider the individual differences of employees, follow the principle of motivation necessary, establish and implement a multi-level incentive mechanism, give the individual career training, enhance employee loyalty, establish competitive salary and welfare system, through the humanized management, to meet the needs of modernized management. Firstly, determining the research background and research significance, general direction is clear in this thesis needs to study, but also was discussed and analyzed the related research results, written the theoretical basis of this thesis, and then the related concepts for incentive mechanism of interpretation, determine the theoretical foundation, and the impact on the LG company employees incentive factors effects of system are analyzed, and has carried out a detailed investigation, and obtained some data and analysis, provide important data support for the research of this thesis. Finally, the analysis of present LG company employees incentive system problems and gives some solutions for reference. Theoretical foundations of this research process includes enterprise management, psychology, human resource management theory, and literature and combined with the survey data, conducted a comparative analysis and Research on the LG employees incentive system. The influence factors in the staff incentive system in according to the result of investigation and analyzed the influence degree of each factor, and combining the incentive theory research. Finally, according to the results of data analysis to identify the existing problems ,to make an empirical research, draw the solution. | |
