中文摘要：	随着国务院提出的“调结构、盘活存量，金融机构加大服务实体经济”以及“积极发展混合所有制经济”要求，我国金融改革深化，金融脱媒深化，互联网金融的蓬勃发展，多元化的直接融资方式及先进的网络技术不断对金融服务模式进行革新，市场有着众多的上市、非上市公司并购重组等投行业务需求，而证券公司、资产管理公司等金融机构正积极开展投行业务，中国民生投资公司（“中民投”）也应运而生，本文正是基于此背景下，首先通过介绍分析金融脱媒及互联网金融发展，研究了其对中民投开展投行业务的影响；然后，针对现阶段我国金融机构开展的投行业务进行分析,着重探讨了具体业务内容、发展过程中的一些成果,并重点分析了当中的问题;在此基础之上,对中民投开展投行业务进行了SWOT分析，得出中民投应抓住市场机会充分利用互联网技术发挥自身的后发优势。为了更好地研究中民投投行业务发展策略,本文借鉴了国外混业经营与花旗集团的经验;在这些基础之上,重点分析了中民投发展投行业务的策略,并从业务原则、业务产品、业务策略、渠道发展策略、风险管理策略等方面具体展开论述，对中民投投行业务发展策略提出建议。
