| 中文摘要: | 在中国,随着经济和贸易的快速发展,以及全球竞争不断地加剧,企业开始着力于强化其核心业务以此来获得竞争优势。其中,企业为了降低成本,提高物流使用效率、提升物流服务水平,将物流业务外包,促进了第三方物流的快速发展。 我国的第三方物流市场潜力巨大,但同时存在着物流成本高,行业内的竞争激烈的现状。目前大量国外物流公司大举扩张我国第三方物流市场,由于他们具有雄厚的资金,先进的管理经验,先进的网络技术,对我国正在发展的民营第三方物流企业带来了巨大的挑战和威胁。在这种背景下,民营第三方物流企业如何发展,提升自身竞争力是个值得关注的问题。 作为具有地方性质民营第三方物流公司-天津盛鑫通物流有限公司,在经历了近20年发展后,在现在激烈的市场竞争中,在机遇和挑战下如何进一步发展,如何制定企业发展战略及保障措施,是本篇论文的研究的主要问题。 本论文运用PEST分析法,五力模型分析法,从企业宏观环境,产业环境,竞争环境分析盛鑫通物流的外部环境。结合企业的自身实际情况,分析企业内部的资源与能力,找出其优势与劣势,结合外部环境的机会与威胁,应用SWOT战略分析确定公司的发展战略-今后将公司打造成华北地区集仓储,运输,配送,国际货运代理,报关报检,电子商务,物流规划为一体的大型综合服务型第三方物流企业。并针对这一战略目标,为公司的发展战略提出了具体的策略及保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China economy and trade, as well as global competition continues to intensify, company began to focus on strengthening its core business, in order to gain competitive advantage. Against this background, the companies implement logistics outsourcing to reduce cost, improve logistics efficiency and logistics service level, logistics outsourcing promote China third party logistics rapid development. In China, the third party logistics market has great potential, but also existing many problems like high logistics cost, intensive competition situation. At present, a large number of foreign logistics companies expand China third party logistics market aggressively, they have abundant capital, advanced management experience and excellent network and technology, they brought great challenges and threats to local private third party logistics companies. Against this background, how to enhance local third party logistics company competitiveness and development is a matter of concern. As the local private third party logistics company-Tianjin ShengXinTong logistics company, after nearly twenty years development, how to further development in current fierce competition market, how to use opportunity and face challenges, how to make strategic plan and propose the corresponding safeguard measures for implementation of the strategy are this paper research main points. This paper used PEST analysis, five forces model analysis, from the macroeconomic environment, industry environment and competitive environment, analyze the external environment of Tianjin ShengXinTong Logistics company. With their own actual situation, analyze internal resources and capabilities, identify their strengths and weaknesses, combined with external environment opportunities and threats, using strategic SWOT analysis, determine the company strategy: to become a large scale integrated third party logistics company with the business of warehouse, transportation, distribution, international freight forwarding, customs clearance, e-commerce and logistics plan in the North of China. To achieve company strategic goal, the paper propose the specific safeguard to the development strategy. | |
