| 中文摘要: | 供应链是建立在企业核心能力之上,构建企业面向市场对竞争对手的供应竞争力,支撑生产经营到销售服务的端到端过程流程化、系统化、高效化,包括预测计划、采购、生产制造、库存、销售、物流运输等各个环节,供应链的运作效率大大影响了企业的服务质量和交付质量,一个高效、敏捷的供应俩是提高企业效益的重要基础之一。 供应链是支撑企业将研发和市场衔接起来形成商业利润的重要一环,其管理核心直接影响企业在现代商业环境中的核心竞争力,同时,快速高效敏捷的供应链体系也是助推企业能够在残酷的市场竞争中取得优势的法宝。 华为公司自成立20多年来,从一家代理公司发展成为全球领先的电信设备和网络及IT解决方案供应商,倾听客户的声音、为客户创造最大价值一直是华为公司的企业文化的核心。同时,创新的企业利润分配制度网络了更多优秀的人才,忠诚的合作伙伴共同在激烈的市场竞争中为客户的商业成功提供最大价值。以客户为中心的战略要求其生产模式是面向订单的客户定制化生产。企业所面临的客户往往希望看到从下订单到交付的全流程可视,从而准确获取交易的节点信息和交付日期。在客户化的需求复杂度很高的情况下,供应链系统要保证及时准确的交货也有很大难度。 文章沿着供应链管理体系的各个节点为线索,逐步分析生产经营活动过程中的预测计划、订单制造、实物流过程现状,深刻剖析供应链内部环节出现的问题,再分析问题产生的原因。对华为公司的供应链业务节点进行数据搜集和梳理,通过数据和流程总结目前的现状和存在的问题,在市场竞争中实际遇到的困难和瓶颈,制订具有针对性的供应链变革方案。 本文将供应链管理理论与企业的实际业务相结合,为华为公司提出了适当的供应链管理改进意见,同时对于其他同类型的大型民营企业实施供应链管理也可以起到启示和借鉴作用,具有非常积极的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Supply chain management is the integration of activities that procure materials and service, transform them into semi-product and finish goods, store in warehouse, sale and distribution, and finally deliver to end customer to achieve the purpose of lowest overall operation cost with optimization supply chain model. SCM is built to support the end to end supply chain processing flow to be more effective and well performed to satisfy customer requirement. HUAWEI becomes to be a TOP company from an agency to the largest telecommunication and networks and IT solutions vendor since 20+ years ago. The core value of HUAWEI is to help customer to crate much higher value by listening voices form customer. At the meantime, the creative enterprise value share model involves more talent and excellent vendor to achieve the success in such competitive business environment. Face to customer strategy require supply chain model should be assemble-to-Order, company also commit quick and precise delivery date to customer and fulfill contract on time with commit date. Under the situation of complex customization and diversification of customer demand, it’s a big challenge to supply chain on time fulfillment. Before company delivery product or service to customer, it will go through all activities like forecast, procurement, manufacture, distribution and transportation; it’s a chain from supplier to customer. In order to improve supply chain performance, SCM transformation is the key factor to improve company competition. The articles first introduced supply chain management theory and make a detailed exposition, and then through the analysis of current situation of company forecast, procurement, inventory management and distribution, identify some issues of supply chain, and then make optimization. I just breakdown forecast, procurement management, supply chain planning and other function, identify existing advantages and disadvantages, and then deployed company transformation solution with consideration of actual condition. In this paper, through the application of the theory of supply chain management, the appropriate mode of supply chain management can be provided to HUAWEI Company. Meanwhile, to other same kind of enterprises, supply chain management can also play an important role in drawing inspiration and making implementation and very positive significance. | |
