中文摘要:随着经济的快速发展,我国已经成为世界上最大的能源和原材料的消费国,在巨大的需求刺激下,大宗商品行业得到了蓬勃发展,在这样的格局背景下,买方市场已经形成,赊销也逐渐在大宗行业成为常态,俨然成为了一种拓展市场提高竞争力的一种常用手段,但是,由于我国整体商业诚信体系不够健全,相关法律法规待需完善,加之当前商品过剩的发展环境,尤其是涉及大宗商品的赊销犹如不定时炸弹一般令企业头痛,对于是否开展赊销贸易确实让企业决策者为难并难以决断。如何进行信用风险管理、降低企业经营风险已经成为一个亟待解决的问题。 本文通过文献归纳法,对前沿理论和研究进行总结,运用实证分析法,以HF公司为例,运用该公司第一手真实的运行数据,对它目前运行的信用风险管理机制进行了深入的研究和分析,通过对目前运行数据的对比,阐述了HF公司在赊销信用风险管理中存在的诸多问题,并对存在问题进行了剖析,揭示了HF公司信用风险管理不到位的原因所在。本文通过严谨的分析,找到了问题的根源,进而为HF公司构建了赊销信用风险全程管理体系,将信用风险管理分为事前、事中和事后三个阶段,优化事前信用评估和审批,强调事中的精细化操作,完善事后的监管和评价,通过前中后台资源优化配置、客户信用评估模型、客户信用政策、标准操作流程、各项运行制度以及三种风险化解转移手段等措施的保障,从而达到赊销信用风险的全程管理。希望以此来改变HF公司原有的简单事前和被动事后的不连贯的管理模式,进而提升HF公司的信用风险管理水平,在面临众多变化的经济环境下,确保公司安全平稳经营并达成组织目标。本文所做的研究和探索是建立在相关科学理论和实际运用基础之上的,具有较强的实用性和科学性,希望能为存在类似问题的企业起到参考借鉴的作用。  
英文摘要:With the rapid economic development, China has become the world's largest consumer and importer of energy and raw materials. With the stimulus of huge demand, bulk commodity industry has been booming. In this background, it has become the buyer's market. Sale on credit has gradually become the norm in the bulk commodity industry. It has become a common means of expanding the market and improving competitiveness. However, it is difficult for business decision-makers to decide whether to carry out sales on credit or not, as the overall business integrity system in our country is not perfect, and the relevant legal regulations need to be amended, also currentdevelopmentenvironmentofcommodity surplus. What make the enterprises headache is the sales on credit of commodities. They are like ticking time bombs. How to manage credit risk and reduce business risk has become a problem urgent to be solved. Through literature induction, the author summarized the cutting-edge theory and research. By using empirical analysis, and take HF companies as an example, the author make use of the company's first-hand real operating data to study and analysis its credit risk management mechanism in-depth.In this way, the author elaborated many problems existing in HF company credit risk management, and analyzed the problems, also revealed the causes of HF's credit risk management problems. Through rigorous analysis, the author found the root of the problem, and then builtthe credit risk management for HFCompany. The credit risk management is divided into three stages-beforehand, in the course, andafterwards.Credit assessment and approval beforehand is improved.The refinement of the operation in the course is emphasized. The supervision and evaluation afterwards is amended.Toachieve whole credit risk management, below measures should be taken. Optimize the allocation of resources of beforehand, in the course and afterwards; Use customer credit evaluation model; Make customer creditpolicies; Applywithstandard operating procedures; Use the operating system and three measurements for resolving risk, etc. The author hopes to change HF Company's incoherent management mode such as simple beforehand and passiveafterwards, and thus enhance the company's credit risk management level.Inface of the many changes in the economic environment, this ensures safe and stable operation of the company and achieving organizational goals. This paper does research and exploration based on the theory and practical application of the relevant scientific basis. It is practical and scientific. Hope it will play a role in helping enterprises with similar problem.
