| 中文摘要： | 本文对B汽车公司国产化车型GR零件项目管理中的项目启动、规划、实施、监控和收尾五大部分进行研究，主要针对与实际项目结果和对项目结果产生直接影响的重要部分进行分析，包括项目启动规划阶段的可行性分析、项目利益相关者分析、项目团队建立与沟通管理，实施阶段的范围定义、进度安排，监控阶段对过程、采购和风险的管理和分析，以及最后项目收尾阶段对国产化样件的认可评定及项目经验总结。本文对我国汽车工业国产化项目的现状进行了详细的分析，以B汽车公司零部件国产化项目模式为例，在一定程度上对国内合资汽车企业的国产化项目也具有代表性，同时对此类型项目中存在的制约因素进行分析。在分析汽车国产化现状的基础上阐明了汽车行业中零部件国产化对我国汽车行业整体发展的影响，并与项目管理知识相结合，论述了项目管理知识在零部件国产化项目中所起到的重要作用。 GR零件项目属于对技术要求较高的国产化项目，且在国内汽车零部件行业内此类零件处于开始尝试国产化的阶段，项目管理过程中可借鉴经验较少。但是考虑到GR零件国产化项目在汽车工业中具有良好的市场前景和巨大的市场缺口，特别是在中国汽车行业内具有可预期的巨大市场需求，希望借由此论文，以项目管理的理论做支撑结合B汽车公司国产化项目的实际情况，为今后其他类似零件或项目的国产化提供参考，优化项目管理方案，采用合理的方案优化解决此类项目国产化过程中存在的问题，进一步提升我国汽车工业的竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要： | It’s made a research of project launch, plan, practice, monitor, and closing in GR part localization project in the thesis. It’s concentrated on important parts which have directly infect on project results, including feasibility analysis, stakeholder analysis, team building and communication management in project launch phase, scope definition, progress schedule in practice phase, progress monitor, purchasing and risk management in monitoring phase, and release evaluation and experience summary in project closing phase. A detailed analysis on localization project of Chinese automotive industry is discussed in the thesis. A case study of B Automotive company project, makes a statement of current localization vehicle business model in local joint-venture, analyzes those constricted factors in the localization project．Meantime, on basic of project management theory, the thesis emphasis of importance of the project management play in automotive part localization project. GR part localization project has high technology requirements, and localization is in start phase in domestic automotive industry, there’s less experience could be shared from other cases. But considering GR project’s brilliant prospect and huge market needs, especially enormous market can be expected in domestic automotive industry, combining B automotive company localization project actual state and project management theory, it’s expected the thesis could be a reference for other similar project in future. Optimizing project management plan,and using optimized solutions to deal with problems in project process, which may make a contribution for further Chinese automotive industry competitiveness enhancement. | |
