中文摘要:精益生产(Lean Production)源于日本丰田准时化的生产方式,利用寻找和合理消除生产过程中的浪费以降低成本,已成为许多企业提升生产管理水平、提高效率、减少浪费的重要手段。面对日益激烈的国际形势,传统制造型企业粗放、被动式的管理方式现已落后。为求提高生产效率、降低生产成本以及提升员工工作的主动性,实现产品差异化和可持续发展优势,公司在生产和管理中应用精益生产理论不失为目前较为有效的方式。本文从以订单为导向的水电行制造型企业入手,分析其生产、管理过程中存在的种种弊端,同时,结合国内外精益理论研究进展,在生产流程,操作人员,生产体系等各个方面设计实施精益生产理论的方案,渐渐总结应用精益理论的相关经验。通过实施精益生产,天津阿尔斯通水电设备有限公司的各项生产、销售指标都得到了大幅提高,销售额更是增长了二十多倍,也渐渐总结应用精益理论的相关经验。包括生产车间的重新划分、可视化管理的应用、A3改进、建立四级运营管理体系等。其中由天津阿尔斯通水电设备有限公司水电在全球发起,并且目前已经在天津阿尔斯通水电设备有限公司所有水电工厂中实施的“水电制造概念”,从多个模块包括整个生产过程包括能力提升、TPM、5S、工艺、计划、运营生产、生产准备、战略展开等来提高企业竞争力。天津阿尔斯通在实施精益生产管理过程中,有效提高生产效率,减少浪费,同时改善了生产环境。国内的中小企业也可以通过实施精益生产来提高企业的竞争力。这对于我国制造企业提高生产管理水平,发展精益生产有很好的借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:Lean Production comes from the Just-In-Time Production methods adopted by Toyota. By finding and eliminating all kinds of waste in the process of Production, Lean Production has been a sufficient way for numerous enterprises to improve management standard of production, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Considering the increasingly keen international competition, the extensive and passive management style of traditional manufacturing enterprise has already been lag behind. In order to improve the production efficiency, reduce production cost, increase customer satisfaction and enhance the work of the staff initiative and achieve product differentiation advantage and sustainable development, applying the theory of lean production for the production and management might be good idea. This thesis looked into the Water and Electricity manufacturing industry, which oriented by the orders from the market, and combine lean production theory both at home and abroad to invest the production process and management mode of Tianjin Alston for detailed exploration. The thesis found the daily operation Tianjin Alston produces a lot of unnecessary waste, which makes the appliance of lean production become necessary. Through the implementation of lean production, tianjin alstom hydropower equipment co., LTD. Of the production and sales indicators have been greatly increased, sales grew by more than twenty times, also summarizes the experience of application of the theory of lean gradually. Including production workshop, the application of visual management, A3 improvement was divided, set up four operations management system, etc. Including water and electricity by tianjin alstom hydropower equipment co., LTD in the global launch, and is currently in tianjin alstom hydropower equipment co., LTD. All hydropower plant in the implementation of hydropower manufacturing concept, from multiple modules including the whole process including the ability to ascend, TPM, 5 s, process, plan and operation, production preparation and strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. During applying the Lean Production Theory, Tianjin Alston has enhanced productivity, reduced waste and promoted the corporate culture, which, at the same time, can be taken as an example to many manufacturing enterprises in China.
