中文摘要:本论文主要研究将DMAIC方法应用于质量改进项目。项目管理根据项目业务和管理过程的不同可以划分几个阶段,一般意义的项目分为项目的定义和决策阶段、项目的计划和设计阶段、项目的实施和控制阶段、项目的完工和交付阶段四个阶段;与项目管理相对应的,作为质量管理方法的六西格玛项目管理,其工作过程也包含界定、测量、分析、改进和控制阶段,各个过程与项目管理的阶段有很多相似之处。 项目的定义和决策阶段,对应DMAIC方法的界定阶段。采用标杆法确定项目目标:圆周均值在区间[24.19,24.21]内;将30支卷烟抽样检验标准偏差(小于0.067)合格率目标定为75%。 项目的设计和计划阶段,对应DMAIC方法的测量和分析阶段。通过分析得到11种影响烟支圆周的因素能够得到快速改进,1种独立因素可以实施技术改进,剩余5种因素:大压板位置、小压板位置、烟舌位置、烟枪挡条位置、烟条加热器高低位置相互关联,作为下一步改进的主要目标。 项目的实施和控制阶段,对应DMAIC方法的改进阶段。采用实验与理论分析相结合的方法得到五项因子的参数组合,并进行效果验证,对照改进前后的能力分析结果,均值更加接近目标值24.2,组内标准差为0.045比改进前减小且落于合格范围(<0.067)内,组间标准差为0.008,达到项目目标。 项目的完工和交付阶段,对应DMAIC方法的控制阶段。做文件化改进,制订了相关文件;小组成员对卷包车间相关人员进行培训。项目的巩固措施制定后,项目组对使用效果进行了验证,改进后烟支圆周标偏合格率大于目标值75%,并且达标率呈现上升趋势,项目的研究和使用是成功的。通过效益计算,本项目每年可为企业节约资金142.28万元。  
英文摘要:This thesis mainly research the DMAIC method was applied to the quality improvement project. Business and project management according to the project management process can be divided into several stages, different general project is divided into the definition of a project and decision-making stage, project planning and design stage, project implementation and control, project completion and delivery of phase four stages . Corresponding to the project management, as a quality control method of six sigma project management, its working process also includes definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control stage, the individual stages of the process and project management have much in common. The definition of a project and decision-making stage, the corresponding definition phase of DMAIC method. Benchmarking method is adopted to define the goal of the project, the circumference of the mean in the range of 24.19 to 24.19. Will be 30 cigarettes sampling inspection standard deviation (less than 0.067) percent of pass target set at 75%. Design and planning phase of the project, corresponding DMAIC method of measurement and analysis phase . Through the analysis of the 11 effects of cigarette circumference factors can get rapid improvement,1 independent factors can implement technological improvements, the remaining 5 factors, large platen position, small plate position, position retaining strip, smoking cigarette tongue position, a cigarette heater height position associated with each other are included, as the main goal of improved in the next step. Project implementation and control phase, corresponding improvement stage of DMAIC method . The combination of parameters by using the method of combining experiment with theoretical analysis to get five factors, Verifies the effect after the completion of execution, and control the capacity analysis results before and after improvement, the mean is more close to the target value of 24.2, standard deviation is 0.045 in the group than before improvement and falls in the acceptable range (< 0.067), the group between the standard deviation is 0.008, project goals are met. Stage of completion and delivery of the project, corresponding control stage of DMAIC method . Do documented improvement, formulate relevant documents .Team members to cigarette making and packing workshop related personnel training. Develop project consolidation measures, project group verifies the use effect, the improved cigarette circumference scale partial qualified rate is greater than the target value of 75%, and the standard rate showed an upward trend, the study and use of the project is successful. Through the benefit calculation, this project could be a year to save money for the enterprise 1422800 yuan.
