中文摘要:在我国经济发展以及商业环境变化的影响下,企业的管理方式已经朝着科学化、规范化大步迈进,在这一形式中,烟草企业也在积极对自身特点进行总结分析,力求以此为基础,在精益管理模式上形成自己的鲜明特色,但精益文化每日都在深入发展,国际形势每日也都在变得更加严峻,这就要求在管理模式上,烟草企业必须找到一种科学的管理手段,来贴合自身的开拓发展方向,只有这样,才能将企业管理中已经出现或可能出现的各种难题一一解决。因此,本文在国家烟草局推行企业精益管理的背景下,在绩效管理理论研究的基础之上,以大港烟草公司客户经理为研究对象,进行了深入调查分析,研究了烟草公司客户经理绩效管理优化问题,并提出了相关建议与解决方法。本文首先简要介绍了论文的选题背景、研究意义、文献综述、研究方法以及研究难点和创新点;其次,对绩效管理和精益管理的基本理论、相关概念进行了综述;接下来本论文对大港烟草公司客户经理的绩效考核现状进行了调查分析,寻找到该公司在客户经理绩效上存在的一系列问题以及原因;最后,根据之前的分析结论,对大港烟草公司客户经理绩效管理方法提出了相应的发展改进建议。但是在人才队伍建设的问题上,应立足长远,任重而道远,绝不是一朝一夕就能完成的事情,希望本文能引发烟草行业内对卷烟营销队伍的充分重视,不仅要从战略上破题,从机制上入手,还要从意识上强化,从技术上支撑,从而逐步建立成一个全方位、多维度的管理体系、标准和模式,构建起一支优秀的卷烟营销客户经理团队,一组符合国际一流现代营销网络需要的客户经理队伍,使中国烟草核心竞争力不断加强。 
英文摘要:With the development of China economy and the change of business environment, there is no denying the fact that enterprise management is gradually becoming more and more scientific and standardized. The tobacco companies combined with their characteristics and formed a distinctive lean management mode. With the continuously deepening lean culture and an increasingly grim international situation, the management mode that has been found by tobacco companies need to seek more scientific and suitable management means for their own development. Only in this way, the major problems that exist in the enterprise management can be solved. Therefore, under the background of lean management that is being implemented by the China Tobacco and on the basis of theory research of lean management and performance management, this paper studied how to optimize the performance management of customer manager in tobacco companies and put forward some suggestions and solutions taking the Dagang Tobacco as the research object and carrying out the thorough investigation and analysis. Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the paper selected topic background, research significance, literature review, research methods and the difficulty and innovation point of research; Secondly, the paper elaborated and reviewed the basic theory and concepts of performance management and lean management; Then, this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of performance management of the customer managers in the Dagang Tobacco and pointed out a series of problems and reasons in performance management of customer manager. What is more, according to the former analysis conclusion, the corresponding improvement method of performance management of customer managers in the Dagang Tobacco have been put forward in this paper. But the construction of talent team also is not going in short time. I hope this paper can exert great impact on the management. More and more managers pay full attention to cigarette marketing team. It can not only from the strategic and the perspective of the mechanism, but also from the consciousness or the technology. So as to the tobacco companies can establish and improve the management system with all-round and multi-dimensional. We can construct first-class modern marketing manager team that meets the needs of the international. Only in this way, we can really form the core competitiveness of China's tobacco.
