中文摘要: | 随着利率市场化进程加快、金融脱媒加剧、互联网金融的挑战加深,中国银行业面临着前所未有的“双重转型”压力,寻找新的目标客户群体成为各家银行战略转型的重点。小微客户因为经营不规范、缺乏抵质押物、抗风险能力弱等特点,其融资需求一直未能得到充分满足,近年来,在国家有关政策的引导及商业银行转型的需求下,小微企业金融服务,在各家商业银行,也经历了最初怀疑、转而接受以及高度重视,成为各家银行未来发展战略的重要组成部份。 继民生银行推出的专门针对小微企业客户的“商贷通”小微金融服务后,平安银行在2012年收购原深圳发展银行,实现“两行整合”后,成立了专门的小微金融事业部,大力发展小微业务,经过两年多的发展,其主打的“贷贷平安”微贷产品已在市场形成良好口碑,小企业整体贷款规模达到千亿,年增速在各商业银行名列前茅,成为继民生银行之后的又一小微服务提供商。但在业务发展过程中也暴露了业务模式粗放、客户服务能力不足、风险管理难度加大等一系列问题。 本文采用理论与实践相结合、实证分析与规范分析相结合和比较分析法等方法,针对平安银行小微金融目前存在的主要问题,如营销管理水平精细化程度不足,客户服务能力欠缺、风险管理水平有待提升等,在借鉴国内外小微金融服务经验的基础上,从客户引入、产品创新、客户服务、风险管理等几个方面提出了针对性的解决方案及保障措施,期望通过几个方面的提升,促进平安银行小微金融提高运营效率,降低业务和风险防控成本,促进小微金融业务健康、高效、可持续发展。 | |
英文摘要: | Along with the accelerating process of marketization of interest rate, the intensification of financial disintermediation and the challenge of Internet financial deepening, the China banking is facing unprecedented "double transformation" pressure to find new target customers, which has become the focus of the Banks strategic transformation. At the same time, small and micro businesses financing demand has not been able to get full satisfaction because of business irregularities, lack of collateral and weak anti-risk ability. In recent years, under the guidance of relevant national policy and the requirements of commercial banks transformation, small micro enterprise financial services in commercial banks also experienced initially suspected, to accept and to attach great importance becoming an important component part of the future development strategy. Following the special commercial loan service from CMSB (China Min Sheng Bank), which aim at small business customers, the Ping An Bank acquired the Shenzhen Development Bank in 2012 to develop small and micro businesses through a newly established micro-finance services department. After more than two years of development, its main micro loan product of “Loan Loan Safe” has won good reputation in the market and Ping An Bank has become another small micro service provider after the CMSB. The Ping an Bank's overall small business lending scale reached hundred billion and its annual growth rate was in top among all the commercial banks. But a series of problems also exposed in the business development process, including extensive business model, insufficient customer service ability, more difficult risk management, etc. On the basis of domestic and foreign advanced experience, this research combining practice and theory, using empirical analysis, normative analysis and comparative analysis methods, according to Ping An Bank main problems of small micro financial at present puts forward the corresponding solutions and guarantee measures, which includes customer introduction, product innovation, customer service, risk management, and other aspects. The expectations are improving the operational efficiency and reducing business cost in the Ping An Bank to promote small micro financial business be healthy, efficient and sustainable development. | |
