中文摘要:以当前中国房地产行业发展情况为背景,立足神州通房地产公司现有人力资源管理的特点和问题,从人力资源管理核心模块出发,分析目前该企业人力资源方面存在的诸如人员流动性大、专业人才紧缺、地区薪酬差异大等问题,从而找出解决办法。 以企业文化建设为切入点,解决企业文化建设过程中存在的困难,进而将绩效管理、薪酬管理以及招聘管理这些人力资源管理的核心内容引出并加以分析,并提出解决方案。同时从不同维度着重分析个人绩效与组织绩效的关系以确保人力资源最大限度的转化为生产力,提高企业经营水平。不仅如此,文章还从培训和信息化系统的建设进行研究,提出切实可行的办法以保证企业人力资源的可持续发展。 经过调查和分析,本文的研究对象神州通房地产公司作为中国中小型房地产企业的典型,其适合的人力资源管理策略是以企业文化建设为辅,将绩效考核和薪酬激励作为主线,以招聘、培训人才的可持续发展为目标,全方位整合资源以实现企业的经营目标。  
英文摘要:Is set in the current China's real estate industry development situation, based on China on real estate company's existing characteristics and problems of human resource management, starting from the core modules of the human resource management, analysis of currently existing in the enterprise human resources such as personnel fluidity big, professional talent shortage, the difference of regional pay big problems, so as to find out a solution. According to the construction of enterprise culture as the breakthrough point, to deal with the difficulties in the process of enterprise culture construction, and the performance management, compensation management and recruitment management the core content of the human resource management raises and reserch, and put forward the solution. From different dimensions at the same time emphasizes the relations between the individual performance and organizational performance to ensure maximum human resources into productivity, improve enterprise management level. Not only that, the article also from the training and study for the construction of information system, put forward practical and feasible measures to ensure the sustainable development of enterprise human resources. After investigation and analysis, in this paper, the research object of China on real estate company as a typical form of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in China, it is suitable for human resources management strategy based on enterprise culture construction is complementary, performance evaluation and salary incentive as the main line, to the sustainable development of the recruitment, training talents as the goal, comprehensive integration of resources to achieve the business objectives of the enterprise.
