| 中文摘要: | 我国是世界上最大的纺织品及成衣出口国,纺织服装行业是我国的传统支柱产业。它既是一个劳动密集型的产业,也是一个充分竞争的市场化产业。我国的纺织业仍处在以OEM为主的加工贸易时代,产品设计和自有品牌的建设薄弱,对外依存度较高,容易受国际经济形势的影响。随着国际经济环境的日趋复杂,同行业之间的竞争也更加激烈,当今纺织企业之间的竞争越来越表现为供应链之间的竞争,纺织企业要保持企业在国际竞争中的地位,就必须建立适合企业发展的供应链模式,加强供应链管理,注重生态环保,保持整个供应链条的可持续发展,从而不断增强企业在同行业的竞争优势,造就企业的核心竞争力。 香港溢达集团是业界知名的纺织成衣制造企业,是世界领先的高档纯棉衬衣生产商之一。溢达建造了纵向一体化的供应链模式,涵盖了从棉花种植、纺纱、织布、染整、制衣及辅料生产到品牌服装零售的整个产业链。并在一体化的基础上推行绿色供应链,形成了独具特色的绿色一体化供应链。 本文以供应链管理为核心,以香港溢达集团的供应链管理为研究对象,分析研究绿色一体化供应链在纺织行业中的应用。文章首先对溢达集团发展历程、供应链现状和所处竞争环境进行分析,研究其在发展过程中实施一体化供应链战略并在此基础上推行绿色供应链的必然性;接着分析溢达绿色一体化供应链在实际应用中的优劣势,并分别从生产计划、库存管理、信息系统、和外部采购等几个方面分析其供应链管理中存在的问题并提出优化方案;在对溢达绿色一体化自身优劣势与问题充分分析的基础上,最后通过横向对比纺织行业内不同的供应链模式,论述绿色一体化供应链的可效仿性,并总结概括出绿色一体化供应链适合什么样的企业,以及该供应链体系如何在纺织行业中推广应用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China has become the largest producer and exporter of textile and apparel products in the world, textile and apparel are the traditional pillar industries in the country. It is a labor-intensive and fully competitive market-oriented industry. The textile industry in China relies more on OEM model, we are strong at production and quality but weak at design and own-brand building. That makes the entire industry depends on external economic environment heavily. While the international economic environment becomes more complex and competition goes more vigorous, supply chain is now playing significant part in textile companies. It's important for a company to build a compatible supply chain model, enhance its management, protect the environment, keep the entire supply chain sustainable. These are core factors to build the company's competitiveness. Esquel Group is the industry's leading textile and garment manufacturing company, one of the world's leading manufacturer of high-grade cotton shirt. Esquel is running a vertically integrated supply chain, which covers production from cotton cultivation, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, garment and accessories to the entire brand apparel retail. In addition to this, she implements green supply chain and achieve a unique green integrated supply chain. In this paper, we focus on supply chain management, analyses the application of green integrated supply chain in the textile industry based on the case study of Esquel Group SCM. First of all, we go through the company's growth, supply chain situation, and the competition environment, analyze the inevitability she implements the integrated and green supply chain. Then we study the pros and cons of this supply chain, analyze the issues and propose solutions from prospects of production planning, inventory management, information system, and external sourcing. With this sufficient analysis, we finally compare different supply chain models in textile industry, discuss the feasibility of this green integrated supply chain in other companies, what kind of companies it matches and how to implement this model in the industry. | |
