中文摘要:在全球的经济发展中,制造业仍占有很重要的比重,尤其在我国,制造业仍是我国当前经济发展的中流砥柱。我国的制造业发展非常迅速,2013年我国制造业规模和全球制造业竞争力指数都跃居全球首位,但我们的竞争力优势主要源于低廉的劳动力成本和原料成本,而不是技术、产品和信息化的先进性。尤其对于在制造业中占有重要地位的离散制造业,我国大部分的离散制造业的先进设备仍主要依靠进口,为离散制造业规模做出很大贡献的是机械装备制造和汽车零部件制造业,而这些行业的人均劳动生产率远远低于发达国家。由此可见,我国的离散制造业在国际制造业激烈的竞争中,仍有很强的危机性。如何正视危机和化解危机对我国离散制造业的长期发展和竞争优势的提高具有重要的意义。 本文研究我国离散制造业存在的问题,从企业的运营管理模式入手,因为企业的运营管理包含了产品选择、产品制造、产品销售及市场管理等一系列的最重要的管理流程。发现了运营管理中存在的重要问题,也就发现了影响企业发展的最重要的问题。 本文通过文献分析、比较分析以及实际的案例分析与理论研究相结合的方法,研究出我国离散制造业企业运营管理中存在的问题及解决途径。存在的问题主要包括三个方面,第一是生产控制中排产调度缺少柔性、生产过程不能跟踪、库存管理及设备管理不完善等;第二是质量控制方面由于人、机、料、法、环五个因素造成的装配错误、质量数据不能跟踪和共享、质量流程不能被完整执行等问题;第三是信息化水平较低。最终根据问题,给出有针对性的解决方案,即实施生产执行系统MES。通过MES的应用给出解决相应问题的解决方案,并结合MES 在W公司的实际应用,使解决方案直观而明确。 本文的创新点在于从研究我国的离散制造业企业的特点、运营现状、运营模式、信息化的情况入手,并结合运营管理和全面质量管理的理论分析其在生产控制和质量控制方面存在的问题,使问题的分析结果准确客观。而在研究问题的解决方案时,是站在离散制造业及信息化发展的现在和未来的高度,给出具有长远意义的解决方案。  
英文摘要:In the development of global economy, the manufacturing industry still occupies an important proportion, especially in China, the manufacturing industry is still play the role as the mainstay of China's current economic development. The development of China's manufacturing industry is very rapid, China's manufacturing industry scale and global manufacturing competitiveness index ranking first in the world in 2013, but the major contribution of competitive advantage comes from cheap labor and raw material, instead of advanced technologies, products and information technology. Especially for the discrete manufacturing industry, it plays an important role in the manufacturing industry, but most advanced equipment used in the discrete manufacturing industry is still mainly rely on imports, the mechanical equipment and auto parts manufacturing contribute most to the scale of discrete manufacturing industry, and average capita labor productivity in these industry is far lower than the developed countries. Therefore, discrete manufacturing industry in our country is still having strong crisis situation in the fierce competition in the global manufacturing industry. We must know how to face up to the crises and dissolve them since this has the vital significance to the long-term development and the improvement of competitive advantage of the discrete manufacturing industry. The author started from researching the enterprise discrete manufacturing operation management mode of discrete manufacturing industry in China to investigate the problems in China discrete manufacturing industry, since operation management covered most important management process, such as products selection, how to manufacture product, how to manage sales and market,etc. When we discovered the important problems existing in the operation management, we also found that the most important problem of enterprise development. The author used the literature analysis, comparative analysis method and integrated the actual cases and theoretical research to found the problems and solution of China discrete manufacturing enterprises. The problems mainly include three parts: The firstly, the problems related to the manufacture control include : lack of flexible of production scheduling, loss of track of production process, less control of inventory and equipment; The secondly, through the research of Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment five factors, found the main problems include the quality issue caused by mistake assembly, the quality data can't be track and share, the quality process can't be executed properly… The thirdly, the level of information techmoledge is lower. Finally, the author gives the solution to solve related problem throught implementing MES. The author developed the solution with related MES application, and introduced the MES system used in W company, so the solution can be showed to the reader directly and clearly. The innovation point of this paper is that starting from research the discrete manufacturing enterprise characteristics, current operation management situation, operation management model and the level of information technology application, and combining the theory about operation management and total quality control management to analyze the problems existing in production control and quality control and this research method make the problem analysis result accurate and objective. The author researched the solution of the problems based on the present and future development in discrete manufacturing industry and information technology, so the solution will has a long-term significance and value.
