| 中文摘要: | 随着市场经济的发展,市场的竞争愈发激烈,需求也越来越向差异化和个性化发展。这种激烈的市场竞争也给制造业带来巨大变化,加大型装备业得到国家的支持力度越来越大,面向订单型(ETO)制造业占制造业的比重越来越大。这种企业的特点是按单生产,可以按照客户定制化需求进行设计、生产,满足客户在不同项目的需求。基于ETO型企业的特点,设计数据庞大、生产计划管理复杂、变更多发,亟需强有力的ERP系统做支撑。 本文就是针对ETO型制造业的特点,并结合笔者所在的典型ETO制造业成功实施ERP的经验,利用ERP理论、项目管理理论和方法,提出了ETO型制造业实施ERP系统的关键控制点以及方法。本文首先介绍了ETO型企业的特点,并结合S公司的业务情况介绍了ETO型企业实施ERP的独特性,以及S公司在ERP实施中的控制点。接下来针对每个控制点进行了具体阐述,包括:主数据(基础数据)的准备和迁移,着重介绍主数据的内容和特点,S公司在ERP实施中主数据的准备以及迁移的过程和控制。接着介绍了第二个关键控制点,即生产计划的流程再造,阐述了ETO型企业生产计划的特点,并对比了S公司在生产流程再造前后生产计划操作流程的变化,以及如何在实施ERP的过程中进行流程再造。第三个控制点是变更管理在系统中的实现,介绍了ETO型制造业中变更管理的特性,阐述了S公司在实施变更管理流程中采用的方法,以及对于变更管理流程的控制。 通过ETO型企业特殊性的介绍、相关理论的论述以及结合S公司成功实施ERP的经验,希望本文能够对在这方面做研究的学者或者面临ETO型企业进行ERP实施的人能有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of social differentiation and individuation, fierce market competition and the strong support from China government, the revolution of manufacturing happens. The specific gravity of Engineering to Order (ETO) Manufacture had become more and more. The specialty of ETO company is produce for order, could fulfill the variety requirement of customers. Based on the specialty of ETO company, like huge master data records, complex of production planning, change management, a strong ERP system is required to support the business. The paper proposed the key control points of successfully implement an ERP system in ETO company based on the good experience of implement SAP system in S company with the theory support of ERP, project management. At the beginning, the paper introduced the specialties of ETO company, and the specialties of ERP implementation in this kind of company. And it’s detailed described form 3 key points. First of all is the master data management during ERP implement, include data preparation and migration with the experience of S’s project. Second of all, the key control point is production planning, the paper described the specialty of production planning in ETO company, compared the workflow of production planning before implement the function in ERP and the situation afterwards. The last control point is change management. The paper introduced how change management frequently happens in ETO company and the control method in S during implement the function. With the experience of successful implement ERP in S, hope the paper could been referenced by the expert who make search in this area or could be useful for the people who is facing to implement ERP in ETO company. | |
