中文摘要: | 随着中国经济已逐步进入一个“拐点阶段”,它的特点是经济增速换挡期的到来以及结构调整阵痛期的到来,中国企业面临的经济形势将会更加复杂,产业调整的根本来自于“增长减速”以及“结构调整”。近几年来,传统企业尤其是制造型企业感受最深,但一些科技型新兴企业却似乎不受影响,不断的迅猛发展,传统企业惊讶于其成就的同时其中有些企业也快速的进行了学习借鉴,这便是结合互联网时代而进行的基于互联网思维的战略变革。将互联网思维导入企业基因的成功企业有着共同的思路,便是将目前前沿的移动互联网、大数据、云计算、社交网络、物联网等新技术充分应用,定义给了企业的现在和潜在客户。 在传统价值链观点中,形成企业价值增加的各项活动分为基本活动和支持性活动两类,基本活动涉及到企业的生产、市场销售、进料后勤、发货后勤、售后服务登。支持性活动则涉及人力资源管理、财务管控、计划、研发、供应链采购等,这些基本活动和支持性活动就构成了企业价值链。企业想要保持持续的竞争优势,实际上就是企业能够在价值链的某些特定的价值活动上持续保持持续的优势。互联网思维的本质内容便是战略定位创新、产品服务创新、收费模式创新、销售渠道创新。本文通过对互联网思维理念的引入,结合价值链的价值活动,研究分析SD集团基于互联网思维并结合企业价值链的价值活动推进技术创新、新产品、新市场开拓、新商业模式创新、机制创新等内容,在全公司范围内培育创新土壤,且通过新战略思路的贯彻落实,最终实现全面提升集团综合实力、国际竞争力和可持续发展能力,确保战略目标实现。 本文的创新点是以SD集团为研究案例,结合该企业内外部环境分析,分析传统企业战略变革的必要性,并通过阐述SD集团基于互联网思维的战略变革,总结分析SD集团的产业创新与产业融合模式、企业运营模式及信息化管理、人力资源变革等方面的执行效果,以此论证互联网思维的运作效果。 在全球企业互联网化的整体背景下,本文分析互联网思维的特点,并以案例阐述战略变革,将对即将进行战略创新的传统企业带来参考和借鉴。 | |
英文摘要: | Since the Chinese economy has gradually entered into a “Turning point”, which is characterized by the arrival of the shift of economic growth and structural adjustment pains. The Chinese enterprise will face more complicated economic situation. The adjustment of industry roots from “economic slowdown” and “structural adjustment”. In recent years, some traditional manufacturing corporate are deeply impressed. While the high-tech start-ups unaffected, instead, they are growing up rapidly. This made the traditional enterprise greatly surprised and starts to learn from them quickly. That is the strategy revolution of the internet thinking combined with the internet times. Those enterprise who has embedding the Internet thinking successful are sharing a common idea is that the current frontier of the mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing, social networking, networking and other new technologies to fully apply the definition to the company's current and potential customers. In the traditional view of the value chain, the formation of corporate value improved activities are divided into basic activities and support activities, basic activities related to the Manufacturing, marketing, Feed logistics, Delivery logistics, and After-sale service. While supporting activities are related to HR management, financial management and Scheduling, R&D and supply chain. These basic and support activities constitute the enterprise value chain. Those Companies, who want to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage need to keep making value on certain activities of the value chain to continue to maintain a sustainable advantage. The essence of the Internet thinking are consist of strategic positioning of Internet innovation, product and service innovation, charging model innovation and marketing channel innovation. This paper, introducing the concept of Internet thinking, combined with the value of the activities of the value chain, are going to research and analysis of SD Group , who will based on internet thinking and combined enterprise value chain value activities to promote technological innovation, new products, new market development, new business model innovation and mechanism innovation. Cultivating innovation soil throughout the company, and by implementing the new strategic thinking, to enhance the comprehensive strength, international competitiveness and sustainable development of SHOTO, and ensure the strategic goals are achieved finally. The innovative point of this paper is to study the case of SD Group, combined with the analysis of the external and internal environment, to analysis the strategic transformation necessary of the traditional corporate, and through elaborate SD Group, to summarize and analyze the implementation effect of the industry innovation and industrial implementation model, operation model ,corporate information management, HR revolution and others , Thus to demonstrate the operational effect of Internet thinking. In the global context of the overall Enterprise Internet, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the Internet thinking, and elaborate strategic revolution through cases, it will bring reference for traditional enterprises, which will begin strategic renovation. | |
