中文摘要：	随着全球经济的迅猛发展，金融业的竞争日趋激烈，金融创新以迅猛的势头发展起来，众多金融机构开始寻求降低成本、提高效率、防范风险的最优发展模式。在这种情况下，金融服务外包，因为其可以提高效率、降低成本、提高质量、转移风险等多重优势，也取得了显著的发展，金融服务外包承包商也迅速兴起。与此同时，专家和学者对于金融服务外包及风险的关注和研究也越来越多，但是目前大多数的研究都主要集中在理论层面上的风险管理和风险规避，缺乏详细的实际营运操作层面上风险体系案例研究。因此，对金融服务外包风险管理实际操作层面上案例研究，尤其是针对金融服务外包承包商的研究，则显得格外重要与迫切。本文以金融服务外包承包商——渣打（中国）科技营运中心（简称“渣打科营中心”）为研究对象，从金融服务外包的内涵、动因及金融服务外包风险来入手，以渣打科营中心的运营过程和风险管理体系为主线，展现了金融服务外包承包商的运营风险管理的整体框架，并剖析了渣打科营中心运营风险管理方面的不足之处。最后通过对企业内外环境的分析，针对风险管理提出了优化的实施策略。作者希望通过本文的研究分析，为渣打科营中心的承包运营风险管理提供可借鉴的理论意义及现实指导，同时也为其他金融服务外包承包商的具体运营风险管理提供借鉴和参考。
英文摘要：	With continuous rising of finance outsourcing service recently, more and more public attentions and researches was given out by specialists and savants. Whilst most of the studies are mainly focus on financial risk management and risk avoidance at theoretical level whereas systematic researches at operational level are short of. With this connection, this study have made a throughout analysis of operational risk management system to the contractor of financial services – Standard Charted Scope International (SCCI in abbreviation). This paper started off from the definition, motivation and risk of outsourcing, taking the operational process and risk management as the main line to presents the operational frame work of risk management of financial service outsourcing contractor, and come up with optimized solutions based on identification of defect in such system and trying to provide relevant proposals with respect to guidance on future development of SCCI. Meanwhile, current series of financial risk management models running in SCCI which proves to be effective and prominent can also be introduced to other service providers in specific financial risk management area as a good example.
