| 中文摘要: | 近年来,国家政策对基础设施建设大力支持,使商品混凝土行业取得巨大发展。全国各个城市都在大力发展混凝土,由于行业门槛低,大大小小的混凝土企业如雨后春笋般迅速发展起来,恶意竞争无处不在,产能利用率开始逐年下降。水泥市场产能过剩,很多大型水泥企业开始向混凝土产业注资。近两年,国家开始对环保进行治理,对资源开采进行限制,这使很多混凝土企业面临发展的瓶颈。处在这样一个时期,混凝土企业开始内忧外患,不得不考虑战略管理以及转型升级的问题。 笔者分析了天津金隅混凝土有限公司外部环境,找出了企业所面临的机会和威胁。对企业内部环境进行了详细的分析,发现企业存在的优势与劣势,以及发展中存在的问题。制定出了符合企业实际,体现企业优势的发展战略,目的是提升企业核心的竞争力。 从外部环境分析来看,国务院颁布的一系列政策,导向十分明确,大力支持高性能混凝土与优质混凝土的发展。同时国务院将天津的城市定位为:“国际港口城市、北方经济中心和生态城市”,未来15年商混市场需求巨大,市场前景广阔。另外,随着国家政策倾斜,外来人口成为拉动天津市人口规模快速增长的主因,这也给房地产、建筑材料等相关市场带来诸多商机。随着经济的快速发展,混凝土领域的新技术引起行业广泛关注,如高性能混凝土,混凝土利废功能,“粉磨-搅拌”一体化生产工艺等。 从行业环境分析来看,商品混凝土在国外大部分国家已经发展到成熟阶段,混凝土产量增长趋缓甚至下降。与发达国家相比,我国商品混凝土起步较晚,自2000年开始,市场销量增长呈大幅度提升趋势。但是由于混凝土企业越来越多,市场秩序比较混乱。以天津为例,民营混凝土企业占到95%,竞争十分激烈。 在研究过程中,笔者借鉴了国内外的战略管理思想,运用波特五力模型及SWOT分析理论,分析公司面临的机会和威胁以及存在的优劣势,提出公司应采取的总体战略及职能战略,还制定出了能帮助战略实现的相应的实施措施。 笔者认为企业战略是一个长期的过程,贯穿于企业发展的始终,要根据形势的变化随时进行调整。希望把所学的知识有效应用到实践当中去,通过对天津金隅混凝土有限公司发展战略进行研究,对企业发展起到一定的借鉴和参考作用。同时还存在诸多不完善的地方,在今后进一步完善。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, commercial concrete industry has achieved great development with the national investment in infrastructure construction and strong support of national policy. Concrete is developing all over the country, because of the low entry barriers, big and small concrete enterprises have sprung up rapidly developed, malicious competition is everywhere, capacity utilization rate began to decline year by year. Serious saturation of cement market, large cement enterprises big push into the concrete industry. Nearly two years, the country started on environmental governance, restrictions on resource extraction, that will make a lot of concrete facing bottlenecks in the development of enterprises. In such a period, the concrete enterprise began to domestically, have to consider strategic management as well as the transformation and upgrading. Based on the external environment analysis of Tianjin Jinyu concrete co., LTD., the author find out the enterprises’opportunities and threats. Through the analysis of enterprise internal environment, points out the advantages and disadvantages and the existing problems of the enterprise during developing.Combining the reality of enterprises, to formulate a development strategy which can reflect the enterprise advantages, to promote enterprise's core competitiveness. Based on analysis of the external environment, the State Council proposals a series of policies to boost the development of high performance concrete in a very clear direction. Besides, the State Council has positioned TJ as “the international port city”, “eco city”, “the economic center of northern China”. There is a prospective market for concrete and there will be high demands for commercial concrete in 15 years. In addition, with the nation policy title, the foreign population will became a driving forcing to pull the population growth of Tianjin. It also brings many business opportunities to real estate, building materials and other related markets. With the rapid development of economy the technology of concrete field caused widespread concern in the industry, such as high performance concrete, concrete waste utilization function, grinding and mixing integrated production process and etc. According to the analysis of industry environment, commercial concrete has been developing a mature stage in most foreign countries. The growth of its production becomes sluggish, even decline. Compared with developed countries’, our commercial concrete starts late. Since 2000, the growth of sales in markets has had a tendency to increase by leaps and bounds. However, because of the rise of concrete corporations, the market order becomes chaotic. With Tianjin, for example, private concrete corporations take 95 percent of all, which means the competition is fierce. In the process of research, the author draws on the domestic and foreign strategic management thought. On the basis of the theory of porter five model and SWOT analysis, analyze the opportunities and threats the company faces, as well as the existence of the advantages and disadvantages, puts forward the development strategy of the company in the next five years, and formulate implementation measures of strategic implementation. In the pespectives of the writer, the strategic managment of the company, as a long development process, run through the compay development path from the very beginning to its very end and is better to be adjusted according to the current situaton from time to time. Based on the study on the developmemt strategy of tianjin jinyu ltd co., i hope we can put our theoriessnd knowledges into practices and bring positive effect to the development of other companies as being an example or a reference model. In the meantime, some drawbacks still exist and are needed to be further enhanced. | |
