中文摘要:GR科技作为一个典型的科技型中小企业,从2010年成立至今保持快速发展。在GR科技快速成长中,市场营销壁垒、社会政策壁垒、人力资源管理障碍、组织机构壁垒、战略管理障碍、创新管理障碍等问题逐渐显现。作者通过分析阻碍GR科技快速成长的表面问题寻求企业内部深层次的管理障碍,进而对管理障碍的成因进行剖析,寻求突破机制。 本文从企业的外部和内部成长理论入手,根据GR科技发展历史、发展现状和企业文化、企业现存制度和管理体系等背景,针对GR科技现存表面问题进行研究,分析其成长障碍因素。根据成长障碍理论,从成长障碍因素中分析其管理障碍。根据企业转型升级理论,GR科技在注册性质、组织机构、战略管理、创新能力、人力资源管理体系方面的完善和创新是突破障碍的有力武器。 本文作者的研究显示,企业在发展遇到障碍时需要结合成长障碍理论,分析影响自身发展的障碍因素,挖掘障碍因素的形成原因,做出针对性的突破调整。针对GR科技,改变企业注册性质可以降低外部制度障碍因素,建立公司管理委员会可以改善企业组织结构,强化企业的战略管理可以指引企业的方向,提高企业的创新能力可以提升企业的前进速度,完善企业的人力资源管理体系可以为企业提供坚强的后方保障。企业家的支持、制度和财务的保障可以保障突破机制的实施,突破实施落实为企业文化可以保障突破机制的持续。 
英文摘要:GR Technology as a typical tech SMEs, maintains a rapid development since its establishment in 2010. In the rapid growth of GR Technology, the problems such as marketing barriers, social policy barriers, human resources management obstacle, organizational barriers, strategic management, innovation management barriers and other obstacles, impede the smooth development of business gradually. Through analyzing the surface problem of GR Technology, author wants to seek the deep-seated management obstacles, and then to seek the breakthrough of mechanism. From the internal and external theory of growth start, according to the GR Technology development history, development status and the enterprise culture, the existing system and management system, the article conducts the research in view of the existing surface problems of GR Technology and analyzes the growth barriers factors. According to the growth obstruction theory, the article analyzes the management barriers from the growth barriers factors. According to the corporate restructuring and upgrading theory, GR Technological improvement and innovation in organization, strategic management, innovation management, human resources management system is a powerful weapon to break through barriers. The research shows, when the enterprise faces the obstacles in development, the enterprise should analyze the factors affecting its development obstacles, mining causes obstruction factors, make the specific breakthrough adjustment combining the theory of growth barriers. Aiming at the GR Technology, the change of the registration properties enterprises can reduce the factors of external institutional barriers, and the establishment of the Management Committee can improve the organizational structure of enterprises, strengthen the enterprise's strategic management can guide the direction of the enterprise, improving enterprise's innovation ability can promote the enterprise forwarding speed, improving the enterprise human resources management system can provide strong guarantee for the enterprises in the rear.
