| 中文摘要： | 世界经济发展变化的十年间，经历高峰和低谷。全球化不可避免，全球化给企业带来发展机遇，同时也面临巨大的风险。由于中国改革开放的诉求发生调整以及经济体制的逐步完善，宏观环境愈发多变。部分企业更是朝着多元化的道路发展，不断向相关行业或者新兴行业进军。但我国对多元化道路的研究和经验还不足，很多企业集团的多元化战略都是在摸着石头过河。企业飞速扩张的同时风险越积越多，随着中国高速增长的经济开始回落，潜在风险逐渐显现。因此，对于组织架构繁复的多元化企业集团来说，风险管理更是企业管理必不可少的一环。多元化企业集团由于涉及多个行业，较专业化经营的企业具有特殊性，因此其风险管理更为复杂。多元化企业集团所涉及的产业有相关多元化，也有非相关多元化，在此我们需要厘清企业经营的主线，把握好企业风险管理的主要脉络。 天津泰达投资控股有限公司其主业包括五大产业板块，除了金融等产业投资外，其他产业基本都是区域开发经营多元化而形成。因此，本文将重点以泰达控股的区域开发为观察对象，运用多种分析工具进行风险识别，再对泰达控股的风险因素进行分析和评价，剖析泰达控股采用的风险管理措施，查找其中的不足并从企业内部环境的角度提出完善风险管理体系的建议。 | |
| 英文摘要： | During a decade of changes in the world economic development, going through peaks and valleys. Globalization is inevitable, and globalization brings to the enterprise development opportunities and also faces enormous risks. With the demands of the reform and opening up, China has adjusted, and the progressive improvement of the market economic system, enterprise development environment has changed dramatically. Some enterprises even more towards the road of diversified development continue to expand into related industry or emerging industry. But research and experience the diversity in our country is not enough, plenty of conglomerate diversification strategy is in the stones. Enterprises rapidly expanding risk more and more as China's fast-growing economy backed off, and potential risks to become clear. Therefore, the organizational complexity of diversified business group, risk management is an essential part of enterprise management. Diversified conglomerate involved in multiple industries, more specialized operations business is very different, so its risk management more complex. Diversified group involved in industry-related diversity, and unrelated, we need to clarify the main line of business, hold the main vein of enterprise risk management. The main business of TEDA including five industry sectors, industries such as financial investments, other industries are basically regional development interests are formed. Therefore, this paper will focus on the regional development of TEDA in order to observe the object, using a variety of analytical tools for risk identification, analysis and assessment of the risk factors of TEDA, analysis of TEDA the risk management measures adopted, look for deficiencies and from the perspective of internal environment proposes that the recommendations of the risk management system. | |
