中文摘要:人造板行业是木材工业中技术密集、用途广泛、极具发展潜力的行业,是衡量一个国家木材工业、木材科技水平和综合国力的重要标志。人造板行业属于朝阳产业,发展潜力巨大, 充满了机会。但是,现阶段我国人造板行业的情况是:生产经营、市场销售等各个方面均比较混乱,还未达到一个成熟市场的地步,仍然存在着诸多问题。而在发达国家人造板行业已经发展比较成熟,技术和管理等方面均比国内企业成熟。由于受到经济大环境的波动和国家房地产业进行调控,整个人造板行业受到极大的影响,面对外部环境的诸多变化,根据相关理论和我企业实际的经营现状,故做此文进行一系列的探讨,希望企业能够在经济转型中进一步强化市场生存能力且能够成功发展壮大。本企业实在经济环境相对较好的时候建立的,经过3年的发展, 拥有一定的顾客群体,为企业能够生存并且发展壮大提供一定的保障。但是面对现在整个经济环境和人造板行业内部的变化,如何把握机会,克服困难, 从而进一步发展,给公司的决策提出了挑战。为了更好的是企业适应市场变化,打造竞争优势,笔者通过理论分析和实际运营对公司进行战略布局。本文共分五部分:第一部分,主要讲了行业的背景和企业的相关背景,以及笔者作此文的理论意义与实际意义,以及研究方法。第二部分,介绍了本文涉及的主要概念以及本行业的主要概念,行业结构理论与资源能力理论、波特五力分析模型、顾客价值理论。第三部分,运用PEST理论,对企业进行分析,并且根据相关理论对企业所在的产业环境进行分析。第四部分, 简要概括企业发展的现状及企业现在面临的外部的经济状况,内部发展的瓶颈。第五部分,针对公司目前所面临的主要问题所进行的应对市场变化的策略。 
英文摘要:Wood—based panel is the most potential product in wood industry because of its wide uses and is also an important sign to mark the level of wood industry and wood science for its complicated manufacture technology。Wood—based panel industry is technology intensive, widely used in wood industry, the development potential of the industry, is a measure of a country wood industry, wood science and technology level and the comprehensive national strength important symbol. Wood—based panel industry belongs to the sunrise industry, the development potential is tremendous, full of opportunities. However, Wood—based panel industry in our country at present stage is: many aspects, such as the production and business operation, market sales are relatively chaos, has not yet reached the point of a mature market, many problems still exist. And Wood—based panel industry in developed countries has developed more mature, technology and management are mature than domestic companies. Due to the volatility of the economic environment and how to adjust and control the real estate industry of the country, greatly affected the wood—based panel industry, in the face of the external environment changed, according to the related theory and enterprise actual situation, I do this article carried on a series of discussion, hopes to further strengthen market in the economic transformation enterprise survival ability and successful development. This enterprise is the economic environment is relatively good, after three years of development, has certain customer groups, for the enterprise to survival and development to provide a guarantee. But now in the face of the whole economic environment and the change of the wood—based panel industry, how to grasp the opportunity, overcome difficulties and further development, poses challenges to the company's decision. In order to better is the enterprise to adapt to the changing market, build competitive advantage, the author through the theoretical analysis and practical operation for the company strategic layout. This article is divided into five parts: the first part, mainly talked about the industry background and the background of the enterprise, and the theoretical significance and practical significance for this article, the writer and the research methods.
