| 中文摘要: | 精益生产起源于日本,却发展于美国。二战后,以大野耐一等人为代表的精益生产的创始者们在汽车制造领域开创了以多品种混线,小批量生产,高品质产品,低成本运营为特点的精益生产方式。现如今,随着市场竞争的白热化,越来越多的企业面临着内部及外部的双重压力,对外,需要应对市场中的其它竞争者,持续提高顾客满意度并不断开拓新的市场;对内,需要优化工作流程,降低员工劳动强度,提高员工满意度的同时提高生产效率。此时,以“消除浪费”为核心理念的精益生产模式已被越来越多的企业应用于其内部,而丹佛斯供热事业部就是在这样一个环境下引入了精益生产模式。本文会首先引入精益生产的相关理论,并同时介绍目前国内外企业对精益生产及其工具的应用,随后以丹佛斯中国供热事业部内的装配线及机加工产线为例,以其特有的背景为基础,分析其特点及存在问题,并引入相应的精益工具,就如何针对性解决企业现状存在的问题而做出详细的阐述,同时,会简要说明丹佛斯供热事业部是如何为以后可持续改进搭建精益体系的。本文以丹佛斯供热事业部现有的问题为出发点,以精益工具为辅助工具,通过团队协作,消除浪费,改善了原有体系并提高了员工满意度。对于那些存在具体问题,却不知从何下手进行改善的企业提供了可参考模式,但作者建议,其它公司的成功案例可参考却不可完全照搬,每个企业都有自身特点,企业需要结合自身的问题,将精益理念及管理模式运用其中,从而帮助企业走出困境。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Lean Production originates from Japan but developed in America. Take Taiichi Ohno as representative who created a Lean manufacturing that mix models, small batches, high quality and low operational cost after World War II. Nowdays, more and more enterprises faced both the pressure coming from internal and outside, for outside, the enterprise need to compete with his competitors, increase customers’ safisfaction and exploit new market; for inside, it also need to optimize his working processes, to decrease employees’ labour intensity, to increase the productivity the same time to increase employees’ satisfication. So the lean manufacturing was started within a lots of companies which core value was “eliminate waste”, and Danfoss Heating Solution Business Unit bring lean thinking and methodology into its operatation this time. This article brings lean methodology first and also introduces how lean production and its’ tools apply within Chinese enterprises, it shows Assembly line and Machining line within Danfoss Heating Solution Unit as an example, analysis its’ own issues and demonstrate how Danfoss Heating Solution Unit use lean methodology and lean tools solves issues and how to build lean system within it. This article starts from the issues within Danfoss Heating Solution Business Unit first, take lean tools as methods to improve the original production system and also to increase our employees’ satisfications through cooperation and eliminate waste. This article can provide a refernece to some other companies who has details issues but do not know how to solve it, but the writer suggested, do not copy succefully case directly from other companies, as every company has its own issues, the company need to think about its own problems and put lean into its company and management team, that can really help an issue company out of trouble. | |
