| 中文摘要: | 当企业经营不再过多的受到企业规模的制约,小微企业这种经营方式极为灵活的企业在新的经济形势下产生并蓬勃发展,逐渐成为国民经济中的重要组成部分。但是目前我国的小微企业多以家庭企业和作坊模式存在,在经营过程中主要把重点放在盈利上,人力资源管理往往不被重视。然而,现代企业管理,无论是大中型企业还是小型、微型企业,人才管理都是十分重要的,尤其是核心员工管理,核心员工能够给企业提供技术,为公司开拓市场、为公司发展出谋划策,对企业来说是最宝贵的资源。对大中型企业来说,核心员工也许有一些,核心员工的流失对于公司来说是损失。但是对于小微企业来说,核心员工可能只有一两个或两三个,核心员工流失对企业来说可能是致命的。所以这种背景下,研究小微企业的核心员工管理是十分必要的。本文重点研究小微企业核心员工管理中的激励问题,以人力资本理论、企业生命周期理论和激励保健理论为基础,结合我国小微企业的特点,分别根据小微企业成长过程中的不同阶段探讨如何根据核心员工的需求提供不同方式的激励。本文通过分析指出了我国小微企业在核心员工管理和激励上存在的一些通病,同时通过案例分析的方法,更加明确的指明在不同的成长阶段激励措施的选择,希望对我国广大小微企业提高核心员工管理水平,留住人才、并更好的利用人才提供有益借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | When the business is no longer too much restricted by the enterprise scale, small and micro businesses of this mode of operation is very flexible enterprise and produce to flourish in the new economic situation, has gradually become an important part of the national economy. But at present small and micro businesses in China to mode of family enterprises and workshops there, in the course of business mainly to focus on the profit, human resources management is often not taken seriously. However, the modern enterprise management, whether it is large and medium-sized enterprises or small, miniature enterprise, personnel management is very important, especially the core staff management, they can give enterprise to provide technology, for the company to open up the market, give advice and suggestions for the development of the company. For large and medium-sized enterprises, the drain of core staff is the loss to the company. But for small and micro businesses, the core staff usually below three persons, it’s fatal to the enterprise. At this background, the core staff management research small and micro businesses are very necessary. This thesis focuses on the research of micro incentive problems of enterprise core staff management, based on the human capital theory. The enterprise life cycle and the motivation hygiene theory as the foundation, unifies our country small micro enterprises, respectively, according to different stages of the growth process Small and micro businesses in different ways to explore how to provide incentive according to the core staff's demand. This thesis points out some problems existed in the management of core staff and encourage our small and micro businesses through the analysis of the method at the same time, more clearly selected the incentive measures in different growth process, I wish enterprises to improve their core staff management level, retain staff, use of personnel and to provide useful reference better. | |
