中文摘要：	半导体是现代科技文明的基础，具体的产品形态分为集成电路和分立器件两大类，处于整个电子产业链的最上游，也是信息行业中受宏观经济波动影响最大的行业，因此半导体行业体现出较强的周期性。中国是半导体产业全球最快的增长区域，半导体市场的快速增长，必然带来激烈的市场竞争。在知识经济时代，企业对知识和信息的需求和有效应用对企业的发展和管理己日益重要，企业必须在运营中，采用先进的管理理念，向管理变革方向发展，才有希望在全球化的市场竞争中立于不败之地。供应链管理是当今世界先进的管理方向，是企业要立足世界市场的必然选择。半导体行业以其产品数量庞大、规格型号复杂等原因成为经济发展的增长热点。半导体行业供应链管理系统的切入点体现在先进的生产装置、优化的工艺流程、高效的生产调度、优质的设备管理、精确及时的物料平衡上，通过信息技术的应用，加快企业技术创新、管理创新和体制创新的进程。本文以半导体行业一个企业为例，对供应链管理在半导体企业的实施做了简要的探讨和研究。首先介绍了论文的研究背景、意义、相关研究内容和方法以及供应链管理的相关理论与实践;在第二章，介绍了晶研公司的基本情况和半导体行业的特征:第三章，分析了晶研公司供应链管理系统与竞争环境存在的问题：第四章，介绍了晶研公司供应链管理的发展目标与策略：第五章，研究晶研公司供应链管理策略的实现方案，从理顺业务流程、建立数据结构、建立工具辅助决策三个方面论述;接着对晶研公司实施供应链管理系统后企业获得的效益分析等等:在文章的最后，作者通过晶研公司供应链管理系统的实施与研究，提出了自己对国内半导体企业实施和应用供应链管理系统的个人见解和建议。
英文摘要：	Semiconductors are the foundation of modern civilization of science and technology,specific products divide into two major categories of integrated circuits and discrete components,in the whole electronic industry chain of the upstream,is also affected by macroeconomic fluctuations in information industry’s largest industry,so the semiconductor industry reflects the strong cyclical. China is the world’s fastest growing semiconductor industry area.The rapidly-expanding Chinese semiconductor market brings the unprecedented market competition. In the knowledge economic times, efficient management to knowledge and information is becoming increasingly essential and urgent for enterprises. They should bring in advanced management theories in order to gain efficiency from management innovation and make themselves outstanding in the global market. It is an inevitable trend for enterprises to implement Supply Chain Management so as to adapt to the historic stream and enter the world market. Semiconductors manufacturing industry has become theheat increasing point of electronics business development for the product quantity is very large,the specification are very complicated and the transaction is limited by the time and space.The incision point of the informationalizational construction of the semiconductor manufacturing industry appears the advanced manufacturing equipment,quality technical process,efficient production redeployment,good equipment management,precise balance of the resource.By using the information technology,the technology,management and system innovation would be accelearated. In this paper, with the semiconductor industry an enterprise as an example, the implementation of supply chain management in semiconductor enterprises were discussed in this paper and research. Firstly introduced the related theory of the research background, significance, related research content and method, supply chain management and practice; in the second chapter, introduces the characteristics of crystal research company basic situation and semiconductor industry: the third chapter, analyzed the crystal research company supply chain management system and competition environment existing problems: fourth chapter, introduces crystal development target research company supply chain management and Strategy: the fifth chapter, study on the crystal research implementation scheme of supply chain management strategy of the company, from the streamline business processes, the establishment of data structure, establish three aspects of decision-making tool; then the crystal research benefit analysis the enterprise obtain the company to implement supply chain management system and so on: at the end of the article, the author research company research and implementation of supply chain management system through the crystal, put forward their own domestic semiconductor enterprises on the implementation and application of supply chain management system of personal opinions and suggestions.
