中文摘要：	随着知识经济时代的到来，知识逐渐取代货币资本、劳动力和原材料等有形资源而成为经济增长中关键性的生产要素。知识管理能够增强顾客的满意程度，提高员工的工作效率，促进产品创新，增加企业收益，最终提升企业的竞争优势。因此管理好知识，让知识发挥出最大的价值，成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出的关键。利用社会网络可以营造良好的企业环境，促进知识交流、共享和创新，可以说，社会网络在知识管理中的作用不可忽略。 本文利用社会网络理论中的节点和关系，把企业知识管理模式分成四种，即基于企业内个体间网络的知识管理模式、基于企业内个体与群体间网络的知识管理模式、基于企业间网络的知识管理模式和基于社会网络的知识管理动态模式进行分析研究。第二章在利用文献调查法搜集分析国内外有关社会网络和知识管理文献的基础上，进行了知识管理和社会网络的研究综述。并对本文中所讨论的知识管理内涵做出界定，同时进行了基于社会网络的知识管理研究的综述。第三、四、五这三章分别从基于企业内个体间网络的知识管理模式、基于企业内个体与群体间网络的知识管理模式、基于企业间网络的知识管理模式，这三个大的方向来讨论知识管理模式。每一章都具体讨论了产生知识管理的驱动力、知识管理的过程、影响知识管理的因素，通过对这三个方面的详细分析，构建出基于社会网络的知识管理模式。第六章在这三个模式基础的上提出了基于社会网络的知识管理动态模式，并总结了本文的主要研究结论，指出本研究的不足及进一步研究的建议。 本研究的创新点是：将社会网络的理论引入到构建知识管理模式的研究中；构建了基于企业内个体间网络的知识管理模式、基于企业内个体与群体间网络的知识管理模式、基于企业间网络的知识管理模式和基于社会网络的知识管理动态模式。
英文摘要：	Along with the knowledge economy time arrival, the knowledge substitutes for the money capital, the labor force and raw material gradually and so on the visible resources becomes the economy to grow the crucial element of production. The knowledge management can strengthen customer's satisfaction, enhance staff's working efficiency, promote product innovation, increase income earning of an enterprise, and promote the competitive advantage of the enterprise finally. Therefore, it is the key factor of management the knowledge well and full use knowledge for the enterprise blooming in the intense market competition. The social network can build the good enterprise environment, which promotes knowledge exchange, sharing and the innovation. So the social network cannot be neglected in the knowledge management. In this article, writer used the node and the relation of social network theory, divided the enterprise knowledge management pattern into four kinds: based on the enterprise in between individual the network knowledge management pattern, individual and the community network knowledge management pattern, based on the enterprises network knowledge management pattern and based on social network knowledge management pattern. The 2nd chapter of the dissertation adopts the desk top research method, analyzed the retrieved research papers, summarized domestic and foreign research of knowledge management theory. Second section summarized the social network fundamental research, the applied research and determined the social network basic concept. The 3rd, 4th, 5th separately discussed the three pattern. Each chapter all specifically discussed the driving influence, the knowledge management process, the influence knowledge management factor which the knowledge management forms. After multianalysis these three aspects, constructs the knowledge management pattern finally. At last of each chapter, uses graphical representation method to display the knowledge management pattern. And introduced the typical cases in this area, analyzed this cases combined with the knowledge management pattern. The 6th chapter is the conclusion, summarized main research conclusions of this article, and pointed out the insufficiency of this research, will put forward the proposal to the next research. The innovation of this paper: Introduce social network theory into constructing knowledge management pattern; Construct based on the enterprise in between individual the network knowledge management pattern, individual and the community network knowledge management pattern, based on the enterprises network knowledge management pattern and based on social network knowledge management pattern.
