| 中文摘要： | 随着经济全球化和改革开放步伐的加快，我国对高层次工商管理人才的需求越来越迫切。为适应社会经济发展和企业对高层管理人才的需要，国家教育部于2002年批准成立EMBA专业学位，至此EMBA教育已发展十年有余，其以鲜明的特色在专业学位教育中独树一帜。N大学是国务院学位办批准的首批EMBA试点院校之一，在树立品牌形象、为学员创造价值以及EMBA项目可持续发展等方面做出了一定成绩和积极探索。在全球经济的背景下，全球胜任力领导者短缺已成为企业国际化进程中遇到的最为严重的挑战，故国际化培养目标成为各大学EMBA项目所推崇的教育发展方向，但在如何将国际化培养落在实处、如何进行教学国际化体系建设上仍有较大探索空间。 N大学也将国际化作为培养学员的基本目标和教学的努力方向，本论文采用综合文献研究等方法，结合相关管理与教育理论，在N大学EMBA项目现状及教学国际化发展动因分析的基础上，对N大学EMBA项目教学国际化做出体系方案设计，阐述基于国际化教学目标和教学要素实现、以课程体系为核心、以“派出”与“引入”系统为支撑、以调查及评估系统为保证的有机整体，并提出实施方案的相应信息化建设、人员与组织的保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With economic globalization and China’s reform and opening up, in 2002, Ministry of Education has approved EMBA degree, in order to adapt to social, economic and enterprises’ need for senior management personnel. EMBA education has developed for more than ten years, with its distinctive features in the professional degree education. N university is one of the first EMBA pilot institutions, and the EMBA program is actively exploring the brand image, creating value for students and seeking for sustainable development. Under the background of global economy, the shortage of global competency leaders has become a serious challenge for enterprises in the process of internationalization, so that most EMBA programs have be promoting international training goal as a development direction. But in view of how to train international management skills in practice and how to carry out teaching system, it still has large space to explore. N university has also regarded internationalization as a basic goal to cultivate students. Adopting qualitative analysis, comprehensive literature research and case study method, this thesis has made achievements on N university EMBA program’s teaching system design, on the basis of related theory of management and education and the analysis of the present situation. And based on the internationalization teaching goal, this thesis focuses on the curriculum system, overseas study, foreign professors’ introduction, international cooperation, and investigation and evaluation system. In addition, some advices are given to guarantee the implement of the compensation project, such as information construction and organization implementation at the end. | |
