| 中文摘要: | 二十世纪中期以来,随着科学技术,特别是数字化、信息化和网络化的飞速发展,经济越来越市场化、全球化,市场产品也越来越丰富,市场产品供大于求,导致市场的需求日趋饱和,竞争也日渐激烈。同时随着人类文明的进步,人们对于个性化产品的需求日益增加,原来的大批量制造模式已经不能满足市场的个性化需求。在这个背景之下,产生了大规模定制化的生产模式,并且成为二十一世纪后期企业自我发展的一种趋势。大规模定制的生产模式对企业提出了很高的要求。它不仅要满足顾客多样性的需求,同时也要做到象大批量生产那样对顾客的需求快速反应并保持成本上的优势。物料计划为企业提前准备正确的物料的库存或采购订单,以此缩短顾客订单的交货期、满足顾客定制化需求,并减少不必要的物料,避免对成本的浪费,是成功支持大规模定制的重要手段。本文介绍了大规模定制产品的一些基本理论,包括大规模定制的定义、概念、特征和原理。本文也介绍了物料计划的基础理论、计划层次和计划方法。本文研究的对象是H公司天津工厂制造的集散型控制系统,它是大规模定制的生产模式。原有的物料计划方法是根据历史使用数量的纪录,准备相应物料的安全库存。这种计划方法无法满足大规模定制产品的顾客要求的多样性,还导致了很多严重的缺料和呆滞物料库存的产生,严重影响了顾客的满意程度和工厂运行的成本。为了解决这些问题,H公司天津工厂对造成诸多问题的根源进行了深度的探索和分析,找到了问题的主要原因。针对这些主要原因,天津工厂从策略方面和运营方面进行了多方的改进,引入了计划物料、配置物料、计划物料清单、配置物料清单等概念,对H公司顾客订单的选项进行了大量的数据分析和数据清洁,以制定出基于顾客选项的计划物料清单,并针对顾客订单的产品族进行主物料计划,实现选项的预测和实单的对冲,在计划的不同层次、计划的方法进行了相应的改变和调整。藉此文对大规模定制化的物料计划进行的探索,为H公司的物料计划提供解决方案,对公司运营发挥一定的作用,并希望成为大规模定制的物料计划的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapidly development of digital, MIS and network after middle of twenty century, the economy is more and more marketization and globalization. The supply to market is becoming over than demand which caused more intense competition. At the same time, along with the progress of human civilization, the requirement of personalized products has been stronger. Under this background, a new production mode, Mass Customization, started and developed very fast to replace mass production and will be the tendency of the development of the companies. Mass customization requires high level of company management. The manufacture should not only meet the customer diversity requirement but also need shorter lead-time and lower cost. Material planning is very important to support mass customerization. It shall plan the appropriate inventory and open purchasing order of the right materials so that the cumulative lead-time will be shorten and the waste will be avoided. This paper introduces the basic theory of mass custermization, including the definition, concept, feature and principle. It also introduces the basic theory of material planning, planning levels and planning methods. H’s Distributed Control System is a typical mass custermization product. Original material planning in H was to build safety stock of raw materials base on their history consumption which can’t support distributed control system mass custermization diversity requirement and caused some inventory of Inactive, Obsolete and Surplus. It seriously impacted the customer satisfaction and the operation cost. This paper provides the solutions for the different problems of the original material planning. Base on Mass Custermization feature, the solutions involve planning BOM for planning item and configured BOM for the configured item. This paper goes though the data analysis and clean of the options from H’s firmed customer orders in the past to create a reasonable options planning BOM. It also provides the solution to convert value of annual operation plan and sales & operation plan to the quantity of products family in master material planning base on historical product family quantity per million dollar revenue. It changes and adjusts material planning levels and methods to meet Mass Custermization diversity requirement. Hope this paper provides the solutions for H’s Mass Customerizaton to help daily operation. And hopefully, it can provide a reference of Mass Customerizaton material planning. | |
