中文摘要: 近十几年来,以预防为主、减少变差持续改善提升质量竞争力为主要目的质量管理工具-先期质量策划(以下称APQP)在汽车行业越来越被重视,为有效改善流程执行效率低、文件及信息管理混乱等APQP无法有效实施的问题,许多企业已经开始使用基于产品生命周期管理系统(以下称PLM)管理APQP来消除以上问题。但是实际上,F公司应用基于PLM系统的APQP以后仍然存在流程未有效执行,数据管理混乱等问题,那么如何才能更加有效的让F公司结合PLM系统的优势改善F公司的APQP管理水平呢?围绕这个目的,本文通过对F公司基于PLM系统的APQP应用分析做了以下几个方面的工作。 首先对APQP和PLM的理论进行了回顾,提出了APQP与PLM有效结合的价值。根据对业内知名企业与F公司的APQP应用情况对比,确认了F公司的APQP架构与业内知名企业的一致性和合理性,然后通过问卷调查的方式分析总结了当前F公司在应用基于PLM系统的APQP管理过程中存在的问题,之后分析并提出了对以上问题的改进方案和实施办法,最后根据以上分析并再次通过问卷调查的方式建立了F公司APQP改进效果评价指标体系。 本文研究价值和创新点是:为F公司基于PLM系统的APQP的提升提供了改进方案和实施方法,同时为今后F公司全面实施APQP改进后进行效果验证提供了评估指标体系。在PLM系统创建的柴油机活塞APQP模板和标准化表单的应用建议,在F公司具有很强的可操作性和实用性,因此也为此类企业在实施基于PLM系统的APQP应用改进方面提供了理论和实践指导。  
英文摘要: Aimed to prevent and reduce the variation and continual improvement for improving the quality competitive, the quality tool, advanced product quality planning(APQP) becomes more and more important in the automotive industry. For solving the problems of low work efficiency, disordered documentation and information management loose tracking in the APQP process, some of the companies have started to make use of the product life management (PLM) system to solve all above problems in APQP application process. But in fact, company F still have the above problems even it implemented the APQP system based on PLM.How could we make company F make use the advantage of the PLM to improve the APQP management level? Focus on this purpose, the thesis makes the research from the following aspects. Firstly, the thesis reviews the theories of APQP and PLM, discuss the value of combining the APQP and PLM.Based on the comparison of the APQP application between company F and other famous company in the same industries, it confirmed the consistent between company F and others. Then the thesis analyzes the application problems through the method of the survey and provides the improvement suggestions and action implementation methods. Finally, based on above analysis the thesis establish an evaluation index system for company F‘s APQP improvement results. The core value of the research is that it provides the improvement solutions and action implementation methods against company F’s APQP application problems based on PLM system. Meanwhile, it establishes an evaluation index system for company F‘s APQP improvement results. The diesel piston APQP template and standard form system established for PLM in this thesis is practical and useful.Therefore,it provide a guideline both in theoretic and practical application for the similar companies who want to make the APQP improvement based on PLM system.
