中文摘要：	本文是一篇研究SAP系统二次开发项目组织和控制方法的管理类论文。笔者在文献资料查阅的过程中，发现针对SAP(ERP)系统研究的文献很多，但少有对于SAP(ERP)系统二次开发展开研究的文献，而对于SAP(ERP)二次开发项目组织和控制进行研究的文献少之又少。笔者所在的公司于2013年1月到同年12月进行了SAP系统的上线，笔者作为主要的参与人员参与了上线的全过程及二次开发项目的全过程。由于SAP系统在世界范围内的广泛使用，SAP系统可以成为ERP系统的代表。 在本文开篇列出了研究的背景意义和方法并就本文中后续用到的理论予以综述。之后对于SAP系统二次开发的背景和T公司项目实施的背景和必要性予以说明，从而得出T公司SAP系统二次开发的特殊性。然后，笔者从管理的四个职能，选取组织和控制两个职能来结合具体案例进行分析。对于组织，从团队的构建，沟通和开发进行分析；对于控制，结合了项目管理的一些理论，展开了控制方法的论述，方法包含：时间控制，范围控制，资源控制，成本控制，质量控制，整体论述过程依托于T公司的实例，并分别在论述的过程中阐述了具有代表性的方法和成果。此后，对于二次开发项目的组织和控制方法做出总结，同时，也指出SAP的二次开发并非不可为的项目，并对T公司项目的管理不足进行总结和补充说明。 笔者选就一个研究资料相对缺乏的管理方向，对于二次开发项目的组织和控制方法工作予以论述，希望可以对具有SAP(ERP)二次开发需求的企业或学者可以提供些许的帮助。
英文摘要：	The thesis focuses on the research of organizing and controlling method during the re-development project of SAP system. After the research of related materials, the writer found there are lots of works on SAP(ERP), however, only a few ones concentrate on the re-development of SAP(ERP). Furthermore, the research of organizing and controlling of redevelopment of SAP(ERP), there is almost a blank area comparing with SAP(ERP) implement. The writer works in a company implemented SAP in 2013. As a key member of project, writer went through the whole process of the re-development project. Since SAP is the most used system of ERP, SAP could be considered as the presentation of ERP, the research of the management method of re-development about SAP could be used for ERP re-development. At the beginning of thesis, the reason and background was listed, and then writer introduce the related theories. After that there is the explanation of the status of SAP redevelopment and background information of company T, as the conclusion of this part, the characteristic of company T’s project was showed. The writer select 2 of 4 functions in management. For organizing, the writer introduce the buildup, communication and development of team, as far as controlling, basic theory of project management was adopted in the thesis, based on the practice of project in company T, the approach of controlling was explained, it includes the approach of schedule, scope, resource, costing, quality, beside it, the output was also showed. Then the writer make a conclusion of organization and controlling method of re-development, at the meanwhile, the feasibility of redevelopment of SAP was also pointed out. At the last part, the weakness and problem of the project was also summarized. The writer choose an area with less concentration, illume the origination and controlling method of redevelopment, in the hope of give a sparkling for the enterprise or researcher intends to redevelop the SAP(ERP).
