| 中文摘要: | 回顾近几年来国内外各大企业遭遇的各种各样的危机,不难发现,我们已经进入了一个危机频发的时代。企业危机诱因很多,外部环境变化、战略决策失误、企业文化、情报沟通不畅等等都有可能将企业推向危机的泥潭之中。如何才能有效地预防危机以及成功地处理和消除危机,开始成为企业界的热门话题。在这样的背景下,本文主要研究工作如下: 1. 分析企业危机的诱因和危机发展的轨迹,针对危机管理中存在的问题,论述了将竞争情报运用于企业危机管理的必要性和可行性。 2. 根据企业危机发展的生命周期,构建了危机管理各阶段的竞争情报机制,包括危机预防阶段的情报预警机制、危机控制阶段的情报沟通机制以及危机平息后的情报评估机制。在危机爆发前,企业应树立起危机理念,设立危机情报中心,建立完备的危机预警情报系统,减小危机发生的可能性;在危机爆发后,必须保证情报沟通渠道的畅通,分别针对员工、媒体、顾客、权威机构等建立情报沟通机制,争取理解和支持;危机平息之后,要做好危机情报评估工作,通过情报发布、情报评估和学习,帮助企业尽快从危机中恢复过来。 3. 在企业危机四力模型的基础上,分析企业危机管理各阶段的情报需求,构建了情报监测模型、企业危机分析架构子模型、情报评估模型,以期完善危机管理过程中的竞争情报机制。 4. 从信息技术的角度,进行危机预警情报系统的模块设计。危机预警情报系统是危机预警机制中的技术核心所在,它主要包括危机情报搜集、危机情报加工与存储、危机决策支持、危机情报沟通、危机报警五个子模块,系统的正常运转能够帮助决策者通过情报流来掌握危机管理的主动权。 5. 选取“博士伦护理液”事件进行详细的案例分析,证明了竞争情报机制在实际企业危机管理的重要作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Reviewing various kinds of crisis which have been experienced by the majority of domestic and foreign enterprises in recent years, it is not difficult to see that we have entered the times with much possible crisis. A number of factors may cause enterprise crisis, including the change of external environment, wrong strategic decisions, corporate culture and unsmooth information communication. As more and more uncertain factors exist in this world, it is becoming more and more difficult to forecast the potential crisis. However, the popularity of the internet has greatly speed up the information dissemination, which makes the enterprises do not have enough time to deal with the potential crisis. meanwhile, the media influence on public opinion has been on the rise. Therefore, how can we effectively prevent crisis and successfully address and eliminate the crisis has become a hot topic in the business community. The main research works of this paper include: 1. I analyzed the factors which cause enterprise crisis and the development trial of crisis. To the problems of enterprise crisis management, I discussed the importance and feasibility of using competitive intelligence into enterprise crisis management. 2. According to the life cycle of enterprise crisis development, this paper proposed the way to build competitive intelligence mechanism at various stages, included information warning mechanism, information communication mechanism, and information assessment mechanism. In the stage of crisis warning, enterprises should build the crisis concept, and establish the crisis information Center. most of all, establishing the crisis information warning system was critical, which was the core technology of this mechanism. In the crisis, it was very important to ensure the smooth communication of information, therefore, it was necessary for the staff to establish the internal information mechanism as well as the external information mechanism for the media、customers、nonprofit institution, and so on, to meet various information needs. After the crisis subsides, the crisis information assessment and feedback mechanisms would give a great help for enterprises to recover from the crisis as soon as possible. 3. Based on the four powers model of enterprise crisis, I analyzed the information needs in each stage of crisis management, and built information monitoring model, analytical architecture sub-model about enterprise crisis, and information assessment model, in order to improve the competitive intelligence mechanism in the process of enterprise crisis management. 4. From the view of information technology, establishing the crisis information warning system was critical, which was the core technology of this mechanism. The information early warning system was mainly consisted of five sub-systems, included the crisis information gathering, processing and storage, decision-making support for crisis, communication of crisis information, and the alarming system. The normal operation of the system could help manage the crisis positively through information flow. 5. This paper chose a case study about the “Bausch & Lomb” matter which had been presented to prove the importance of the competitive intelligence mechanism in the actual crisis management. | |
