| 中文摘要: | 银行业作为经营风险的特殊行业,其收益与风险并行,那么既要获得高收益又要规避其中隐藏的风险,所以风险管理对银行来说至关重要。而近几年,随着国际上金融危机的爆发,市场全球化的今天,我国金融业也难以摆脱,尤其在今年,在产业结构调整这一大的背景下,经济运行中不稳定因素较多,经济增长放缓,下行压力加大,GDP 增速呈现回落走势,工业增长不力,增速低位徘徊。处于经济下行期的银行不仅增长乏力更不断出现各类坏账,如何把控风险更是各商业银行首要问题。作为股份制商业银行的P银行,至今已成立二十年,99年A股上市,一直立于行业前沿,近年又成功进入世界五百强企业,现正迈入成熟期。沈阳分行作为辽宁省一级分行,成立十年来,为当地经济发展做出巨大贡献。当下复杂的金融环境和激烈的行业竞争背景下,沈阳分行跟随总行脚步,现已应市对业务结构、资源配置、区域布局进行战略转型。在转型路上能够稳健前行,不断发展壮大,分行如何应对其中蕴藏的各类风险管理问题刻不容缓。本文以巴塞尔新资本协议、COSO全面风险管理框架两大风险管理体系为理论基础,介绍了国外商业银行风险管理现状及其先进之处,同时对比分析了我国商业银行风险管理的不足之处及我国商业银行特殊的风险成因。本文以P银行沈阳分行风险管理为例,重点分析了沈阳分行风险管理的现状。研究表明,我国商业银行起步晚,目前风险管理技术水平落后,尚未建立完善的风险管理组织架构及计量分析方法。因此,本文根据分析出的问题给出解决措施,对沈阳分行各类风险的防范提出对策以及管理水平提升建议,对P银行沈阳分行今后的发展提供了理论帮助。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As a special industry in managing risk, banking has its returns and risk in parallel. Thus, risk management is very important for bank to obtain higher profit and to avoid hidden risk. With the international financial risk in recent years, it is also difficult for Chinese finance to get rid of this, especially in this year. Under the background of industrial structure adjustment, there are lots of unstable factors in economic operation, which cause slow growth in economy, big pressure in downturn, reversal trend in GDP, poor increasing in industry, and low speed in increasing. Bank in economic downturn not only has no power in increasing, and lots of bad debts, how to control the risk also becomes the key problem for every commercial bank. P bank, as a shareholding commercial bank, has been founded for 20 years till now. Listing A-share in 1999, standing in the forefront of industry, and entering World Fortune 500 Company recently, P bank now is going to its mature phase. As, first level branch of Liaoning province, Shenyang branch made great contribution to local economic development in its 10 years after founding. Under the background of current complex financial environment and strong industrial competition, Shenyang branch follows up headquarter, and makes strategic transformation in business structure, resource allocation, and regional layout. Moving forward steadily in transformation, and keeping growing and increasing, how to solve the problem in every hidden risk management is the key issue for Shenyang branch. This thesis, based on two major risk management system of the new Basel Capital Accord and COSO risk management framework, introduced the present situation of the foreign commercial bank risk management and advantages, at the same time, compared and analyzed the deficiencies in risk management of commercial banks in China and the special risk causes of Commercial Bank of our country. The thesis takes risk management of P bank Shenyang Branch as an example, focus on the analysis of the current situation of risk management of Shenyang branch. The research shows that the Commercial Bank of our country start late, the technology of current risk management falls behind, and did not establish a perfect risk management organizational framework or econometric analysis method. Therefore, the thesis put forward measures according to the problems after analysis, gave countermeasures to the various types of risk prevention of Shenyang Branch and provides suggestions to improve the management level, provided theoretical help for the future development of P bank Shenyang branch. | |
