中文摘要：	随着经济的快速增长,建筑业发展势头也十分迅猛，作为其核心要素，建筑工程质量直接影响到人民的生命财产安全，影响到社会的繁荣昌盛，影响到国家的经济建设，所以保证工程项目质量具有很重要的现实意义。为了确保项目工程质量，需要对项目进行有效的质量管理。如何做好施工阶段的质量管理是一个值得研究的问题。因此，本文选择建筑工程项目施工阶段的质量管理作为研究课题。 本文首先明确建筑工程项目质量管理的基本思想，简要的阐述了国内外关于质量管理的研究现状，并介绍了BIM技术与质量管理，分析BIM技术的优越性和不足；其次，对建筑施工项目施工阶段质量控制的程序、途径和方法等进行详细的阐述。再次，研究在施工阶段的质量控制过程中如何通过组织管理和过程管理两方面及BIM技术对影响项目质量的因素进行严格控制；如何建立施工阶段现场质量管理体系。最后，以苏州国际金融中心项目为素材，并对实际施工过程中质量管理所面临的问题以及项目上采取的措施等进行分析、研究，对前述质量管理理论进行印证，并对施工项目的质量管理提出完善建议。 论文通过理论结合实际，系统的建立了质量管理体系，帮助项目管理者对项目质量进行有效的管理，从而提高管理效率和效果，使建筑业更好的为国民经济发展服务。
英文摘要：	As economy increasing rapidly, construction industry enjoys fast development as well. The quality of constructional engineering, core element of this industry, immediately affects public life and property security, affects prosperity of society and economic development. It is of practical significance to insure the engineering quality then and effective quality management makes a necessity for this purpose. Thus how to conduct quality management during construction stage becomes an issue of research value. Accordingly the quality management of constructional engineering during construction stage is selected as the research subject in this paper. Firstly, basic idea of the quality management of constructional engineering is clearly defined and research status about quality management at home and abroad is briefly explained. Meanwhile the BIM technology and quality management is introduced analyzing its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, the procedure, approach and methodology on quality control of engineering during construction are introduced in details. Additionally, in the process of construction quality control, how to apply both organizational management and process management coupling BIM technology to strictly control the influence factors of project quality is researched. And how to establish field quality management system during construction stage is researched as well. Lastly, the Suzhou financial centre project is used as an case to analyze and research the confronting problems of quality management in actual construction process and actual measures in project. The above mentioned quality management theory is verified, and some perfect suggestions towards quality management of construction engineering is proposed. By integrating theory with practice, the quality management system is systematically established in this paper, as to help project manager conduct effective management of engineering quality to promote efficiency and effectiveness of management, thus making the construction industry better serve the national economy.
