| 中文摘要: | 随着世界经济的飞速发展,全球供应链一体化的趋势不可逆转。各制造业企业之间的竞争从原有的产品竞争渐渐变成了管理的竞争。而对于汽车制造业来说,这种态势就更为明显。汽车行业作为供应链关系庞杂的高端制造业来说,不可能依靠自给自足的方式来生产全部的产品,要想保证最终产品能够价格低廉又优质。选择专业化的供应商来提供产品就变得尤为重要。正因为如此对于汽车行业的供应链管理水平就变得越来越高。而供应链管理的重中之重是供应商的质量管理,这种对于质量的定义相对来说更加宽泛。包含了供应商所供产品的产品质量,服务质量,更重要的该供应商供货的风险性质量。因此要如何管理好供应商的质量,进而使得汽车主机厂与供应商之间建立起长期、稳定的战略合作伙伴关系,就成为了汽车行业的一大课题.与此同时,能否建立起一套完整供应商的质量管理评价体系,成为了各大汽车公司在管理竞争中不可避免的难题。本文将丰田的召回事件出发.从对丰田精益生产的解析的基础上,找到该方式的优缺点。同时结合供应商质量管理体系的发展趋势,找到TG公司现存的管理问题,通过相关理论的回顾对TG公司的核心问题——供应商质量管理问题进行剖析,最终找到目前公司供应商质量管理存在的问题并给出解决方案。即明确供应商在给TG公司供货的不同阶段的区分不同的管理方法,并提出TG公司对供应商实施过程审核的评价方法和对供应商评价后的奖惩机制。目的是希望经过本文的研究和分析,提炼出一些TG公司现场质量管理的优势,结合TG公司供应商质量管理的问题,得出一些有益的方法和建议。给汽车制造型企业提供一些科学的、可以借鉴的实用管理工具,从而提高汽车行业以及制造型企业的现场管理水平和质量管理水平。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of world economy, competition between manufacturers has gradually developed from products competition to management competition. To automotive industry, this tendency becomes more obvious. Automotive industry, as a high-end manufacturing industry, cannot supply itself for its own needs to assure the quality of products. Therefore, supply chain management of automotive industry comes to be more important. The key of supply chain management is supplier quality control. The control here contains the quality control of suppliers’ products, and more importantly the risk control of supplying. As a result, it has become a big issue for automotive industry to solve how to control the quality of different suppliers so as to build a long-term and stable strategy cooperative partnership with all suppliers. According to the current tendency of supplier quality control, to start with the Toyota recall event, this thesis makes a research on supplier quality control, combined with a series of management theories such as Business Process Reengineering (BPR) on the basis of the analysis and perspectives of Toyota Lean Production. With the current situation of Toyoda Gosei Co. Ltd. (TG), the thesis researches and analyzes on the existing problems of supplier quality control to improve the control system. The author hopes to summarize some advantages of site quality management of TG Company and improve it by researching on the existing problems of supplier quality control in TG Company to get some constructive conclusions and suggestions on this aspect. And also, the thesis dedicates to providing some scientific and referential practical management models for automotive manufacturing enterprises to improve the level of site quality management and supplier quality control of automotive industry and manufacturing enterprises. | |
