中文摘要:当前,互联网的深入发展带动了传统电子商务进入高潮,人们越来越感受到互联网带来了便利,移动互联网作为互联网在移动终端的延伸,通过移动终端,使得用户可以随时随地的接入网络,移动互联网正在成为电子商务发展的新方向,移动电子商务有着广阔的发展前景。通过手机、平板电脑等设备,用户可以随时随地的浏览、查找自己想要的产品或服务,并直接进行交易。对于B2C的创业者们来说,移动互联网是一个新大陆,充满了无数的机会和挑战。 本文主要对基于移动互联网的B2C网上商城创业进行了研究,首先通过当前我国严峻的就业形势、互联网和移动互联网以及电子商务和移动电子商务的快速发展,结合国外移动电子商务的发展现状,分析B2C移动商城的发展过程、现状、模式以及存在的问题,分析B2C商场的发展环境,然后对B2C移动商城创业成功要素进行了分析和探讨,提出了寻找合适的切入点(发现市场的能力)、差异化经营(切入市场的能力)、获取移动流量(打开市场的能力)、提升用户体验(扩张市场的能力)这四大成功要素,并结合成功要素,从创业团队、产品、融资、微营销几个方面分析探讨了B2C移动商城创业的具体实施要点。之后通过九州通的好药师药急送的案例,结合之前的四大成功要素和实施要点,分析九州通公司选择医药电商为切入点、通过药急送O2O业务进行差异化经营,利用微信平台获取移动流量,兼顾消费者和药店的用户体验几方面特征。最后,总结了四大成功要素和实施要点,并对创业者提出了具有参考价值的建议。 
英文摘要:At present, the development of Internet has led the traditional e-commerce into climax, more and more people feel that the Internet has brought convenience. Through the mobile terminal, access network so that the user can whenever and wherever possible. Mobile Internet is becoming the new direction of the development of electronic commerce. Mobile e-commerce has a broad development prospects. Through the mobile phone, Ipad and other equipment, users can browse, search for the desired products or services whenever and wherever possible, and directly trade. For B2C entrepreneurs, mobile Internet is a new world, full of opportunities and challenges. This paper mainly studied the mobile Internet based B2C online pioneering business, first by the rapid development of our country's severe employment situation, the Internet and mobile Internet and e-commerce and mobile e-commerce, combined with the development status of foreign mobile e-commerce, analysis of the development process, B2C mobile mall status, mode and existing problems analysis of the financing channels, and how to obtain financing. Then analyzes and discusses the B2C mobile mall entrepreneurial success factors, put forward to find a suitable starting point (the ability of finding market), the difference management (the ability into the market), get moving flow (the ability of opening market), enhance the user experience (the ability of expansion of the market)this four success factors, combined with the successful elements, from the entrepreneurial team, product, transaction security, micro blogs and Wechat marketing aspects analyzes implementation points of B2C mobile commerce business. After the Yaojisong Program through the Jointown Haoyaosi case, four success factors combined with the previous and the key points of implementation, analysis of Jiuzhoutong Company choose medicine e-commerce as the breakthrough point, through the Yaojisong Program to O2O business differential operation, the use of access to mobile flow Wechat platform, giving consideration to the user experience of both consumers and drugstore. Finally, summarizes four success factors and the key points of implementation and put foward the reference suggestions for entrepreneurs.
