| 中文摘要: | 当今社会,人们的物质条件在不断提升,因此也愈来愈关注提升文化修养和精神生活,由此相关文化产业的企业的市场前景普遍看好。而面临越来越复杂的竞争环境,企业如何才能通过科学有效的方法来选择和制定适合企业自身状况的发展战略,保证企业长期、稳定、持续的发展,成为当今企业发展面临的一个突出问题。在全球化和经济大转型的背景下,某些行业的特征表现为产业成长期,企业大都可实施横向和纵向的整合战略,对企业现有资源进行整合以形成企业特定的优势。从企业的实际出发,以优势资源为中心创建的整合战略优势为立足点,寻求多元化发展,形成自身的突出优势与主要影响力,提升企业自身的竞争力。本文从整合战略,多元化经营战略和核心竞争力的基本理论出发,解析了这三者相关的联系:一方面,发展核心竞争力是企业多元化经营发展战略的基本和保证,是发展整合战略的目的,它支持并决定了多元化的成长,是多元企业展开竞争的源动力,整合就成了实现企业多元化的重要渠道;另一方面,经营的多元化也会对核心竞争能力的成长产生影响,在多元基础上进行有效整合,有助于企业核心竞争力的辨别与运用、巩固以及提高,能够推动核心竞争能力的成长,此外,多元决策出现问题,整合最终失败也会让企业的核心竞争能力下降许多,致使企业无法成长甚至陷入困境。所以,多元化经营的企业中,资源整合是和核心竞争能力紧密相连,相互影响的,唯有立足于核心竞争能力发展并调整企业的多元经营方案与整合方案,同时在整合过程中不断培养、巩固、提升核心竞争力,才能使企业稳定持续发展。本文根据在创立梵一堂佛教文化会所过程中如何选择公司发展战略,分析了公司情况以及社会大环境与同行业之间的竞争环境,最终确定以建立核心竞争力为目标,以整合战略为基础,实行多元化经营战略,才能在同行业竞争中立于不败之地,才能实现企业长久稳定发展。本文的创新点在于分析多元化经营,整合战略和核心竞争力三者之间关系并阐述如何有效运用三大战略为企业实现长久经营。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's society, as people material standard of living improve, people focus more on their culture and spiritual life improved, thus related cultural industry enterprises have also been develop. While facing the increasingly complex competition environment, the enterprise to choose and formulate development strategies for enterprises situation how through scientific and effective methods, to ensure the long-term, stable, enterprise sustainable development, has become a serious problem faced by the enterprise. In the globalization and economic transformation background, characteristic of certain industry showed growth stage of industry, enterprises can implement the horizontal and vertical integration strategy, the enterprise resources are integrated to form a firm specific advantage. From the reality of the enterprise, with advantage resources as the center to create integrated strategic advantage as the foothold, seek diversified development, formed its own special advantages and influence, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this thesis, starting from the integration strategy, diversification strategy and core competitiveness theory, analyzes the relationship between the three: on the one hand, the core competitiveness is the foundation and guarantee of the diversification strategy, is the integration of strategic objectives, it supports and decided the diversified development, is the fundamental of diversification of enterprise competitive advantage, while the integration is the fundamental way to realize the diversification of enterprises; on the other hand, the development of diversified business will also affect the core competitiveness, effective integration in the diversified basis, it is helpful to distinguish the core competitiveness of enterprises, and should be used to promote and consolidate, accelerate the development of core competitiveness, at the same time, the diversification of mistakes in decision-making, in the process of integration failure will weaken the enterprise's core competitiveness, leading to stagnation and even failure of enterprise development. Therefore, the diversification of enterprises, resources integration and core competence are complementary, mutual constraints, only to the core competitiveness as the center of development and adjustment of enterprise integration strategy and diversification strategy, and in the process of integration continuously cultivate, consolidate, improve the core competitiveness, the enterprise can make the sustainable and stable development. According to the author himself in the creation of Buddhist Culture Club process to select the development strategy of the company, the analysis between the company and the social environment with the same industry competition environment, finally determined to build up the core competitiveness as the goal, to integrate strategy as the basis, the implementation of diversification strategy, to remain invincible in the same competition in the industry, in order to achieve the long-term stable development of enterprises.
