中文摘要:工程项目施工质量水平与地区经济发展,广大人民的切实利益密切相关,在工程项目的全生命周期中,质量管理既要兼顾到工程的适用性和投资效果,又要考虑到在项目运行实施过程中操作者和使用者的安全。全球化、多元化、专业化,是目前工程项目质量管理领域出现的三大特征。在相关的法律法规制度的建设上,我国已经建立了完善的体系,并且在企业中推行ISO9000认证。相关的规章管理已设置并实施,但在实践当中,依然要依据工程项目的具体情况,从实践中探索出更符合国情的质量管理方法和技术方法,从而实现工程项目的质量目标。机场建设企业的项目质量管理就是机场建设企业在项目投标、建设、安装调试等工程期间,以该建设项目各阶段为质量管理对象,运用一系列专门方法,对建设项目生产活动进行指导、协调、监督和控制的一种经济管理活动。 本研究主要基于现代项目管理理论、项目质量管理理论,遵循理论研究和实证的相结合的基本原则,以“南苑机场航站楼”改建工程项目为研究案例采用文献研究法、案例研究法和管理调研法对项目质量管理实际方法和内容进行研究。首先对“南苑机场航站楼”改建工程项目施工情况进行了详细的介绍,主要对影响项目实施质量的五大因素:人(Man),工程材料(Material)、机械设备(Machine)、工艺方法(Method)和环境条件(Environment)进行了全面、完整、细致的分析。通过分析本文指出了在该工程项目的施工过重中质量管理上的缺陷,并据此提出了有针对性的解决和优化方案。论文对已开展的项目进行经验总结,并利用PDCA循环,逐步提升质量管控效果,最终使得该项目顺利完工。 总之,本论文的研究有利于我们掌握在此类航站楼改建的复杂工程实施工程中的质量管理特点,并形成系统管理程序,搭建完善的项目质量管理体系和保障体系,可以为以后的类似的工程项目的质量管理做借鉴,有助于在以后的类似工程施工中对质量管理进行改善。  
英文摘要:The construction quality is closely related to the local economic development and the practical interests of the majority of the people.In the whole period of the engineering project, the quality management should take into account not only the practicality and the result of investment but also the safety of operators and users during the process of the project implementation.Globalization, diversification and specialization are the three new features of the current quality management system of engineering projects; in terms of the relevant rules and regulations building, China has established the complete system and promoted the ISO9000 in enterprises. Relevant regulations have been set and implemented, but in practice, we must base on the concrete situation of engineering projects to explore the quality management method and technological method which more suit China to achieve the quality goal of engineering projects. The project quality management of airport construction enterprises refers to a kind of economic activity of airport construction enterprises setting every phase of the project as the object of quality management and adopting a series of professional methods to direct, coordinatemonitor and control the production during the period of tender, construction, installation and debugging. The research is mainly based on the modern theory of project management, the theory of project quality management and follows the principle of combining the theoretical research and solid evidence. Nanyuan Airport Terminal Reconstruction Project is chosen as the case study and the literature study method, the case study method and the management research method are used to study the real methods and content of the project quality management. Firstly the author introduces the construction of the project in detail and analyzes the five major factors which influence the project implementation quality: Man, Material, Machine, Method and Environment. Through the analysis, the author points out the defects of the qualitymanagement during the construction and provides the targeted solution and the prioritization scheme. The paper has carried out the project of experience was summarized, and the use of PDCA cycle, gradually improve the quality control effect, which makes the project successfully completed. In a word, the research in conducive for us to grasp the quality management features of the complicated construction in such terminals, form systematic management programs, build the complete project quality management system and guarantee system so as to make references for future similar engineering projects, which will help us improve the quality management in the future similar construction.
