| 中文摘要: | 随着生活水平的提高,人们对肉蛋奶的需求与日俱增的同时,对食品的安全也越来越重视,三聚氰胺、孔雀石绿、苏丹红、瘦肉精等违禁品在畜牧行业的使用使公众对饲料、兽药等畜牧行业配套生产资料企业给予越来越多的关注,饲料、兽药行业在做大做强的同时,如何保持行业自律及持续发展,如何从优秀向卓越迈进,制定切实可行的战略和进行必要的战略变革是当务之急。 TZ集团是一家以兽药研发、生产、销售为一体的股份制民营企业,成立十多年来一直保持快速增长势头。本文以TZ集团为研究对象,通过对其所在的兽药行业进行产业和竞争环境分析,在相关战略理论的指导下,对TZ集团12年发展历程中所采取的战略措施进行了梳理,包括行业机遇的把握,通过重组提升组织管理水平,纵向一体化及相关多元化的实施,企业文化建设及企业CI系统的再造,股权激励及鼓励全员持股,技术创新及打造核心竞争力。作者认为正是这些战略举措成就了TZ集团多年来的快速发展。通过对TZ集团调查以及和各阶层员工的访谈,在进行竞争环境PEST分析及企业SWOT分析的同时,作者结合该集团面临的困惑提出了一系列的战略变革选择,包括同时追求差异化和低成本,塑造新的价值曲线,重建市场边界等。为了实现变革战略,作者提出了实施战略变革的保障措施,包括新型商业模式的应用、实施从优秀到卓越、完善公司治理等,以期为该集团的发展提供借鉴和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the improvement of living standard, people's increasing demand for meat, milk and eggs at the same time, also pay more and more attention to the safety of the food, melamine, malachite green, Sudan red, the use of clenbuterol and other contraband in the livestock industry in the feed, veterinary drugs, such as animal husbandry industry supporting the production business enterprise give more and more attention, in feed, veterinary drugs industry bigger and stronger at the same time, industrial self-discipline and how to keep sustainable development, how to move from good to great, formulate feasible strategies and the necessary strategic transformation is a priority. TZ group is a veterinary drug research and development, production, sales as one of the joint-stock private enterprise, set up more than a decade has maintained rapid growth momentum. Based on TZ group as the research object, through to its place of veterinary drug industry to industry and competitive environment analysis, under the guidance of relevant strategic theories, 12 years of TZ group development strategic measures taken in the comb, grasp opportunities, including industry by restructuring enhance the management level, the implementation of vertical integration and diversification, the enterprise culture construction and enterprise CI system reengineering, equity incentive and encourage the company's technological innovation and to build the core competitiveness.
