中文摘要：	随着社会经济和科技不断发展与进步，制造企业的生产能力需要不断提高，而为了实现产能的提高，各种设备的24小时连续运转逐渐成为了主流。在这种背景之下，生产环节中生产设备的维修保养工作在保障生产有序正常进行的方面有着重要的意义。在我国改革开放以来，各种行业增长突飞猛进，对于机器设备的保养维护还大多停留在传统的第一代维修模式中，仍然采用事后维修(也称为故障维修)的方法来进行设备维修，但是在生产设备上一旦出现故障就会给产量以及企业效益造成很大的影响。这些故障可能造成生产线生产效率下降，停产甚至产生不合格的废品。不但影响了企业的生产效率，更增加了企业无谓的浪费。 本论文的研究先从宝洁公司西青工厂的历史以及发展开始，然后讨论宝洁公司西青工厂供应链以及生产设备的特点。作者根据运营管理学习到的知识结合自身对维护保养工作的经验积累，对宝洁公司西青工厂原有保养维护系统进行了创新改进。希望通过这些创新改进在宝洁公司的实际应用，逐渐完善新系统的设计和执行，并将这些经过改进的系统推广到中国的其他工厂中去，为了提高宝洁公司以及社会工业的设备利用效率作出贡献。
英文摘要：	The requirement of manufacturing enterprise’s production capacity has been constantly improved along with the continuous development and progress of social economy and technology, and a 24-hour continuous operation of various equipments has gradually become the mainstream so as to achieve the productivity improvement. In this context, the care and maintenance works of production equipments in production link play an important role in guaranteeing an ordered and normal operation of production. A variety of industries have grown by leaps and bounds since the implementation of reform and opening up policy in China. However, the care and maintenance of machinery and equipments still mainly stay in the traditional maintenance mode of the first generation, and the approach of maintaining after the event (also known as breakdown maintenance) is still adopting for equipment maintenance, however, it will bring about big consequences for the production and enterprise benefits once there are failures occurring on the production equipments. These failures can result in a decline of production efficiency in production line, shutdowns even unqualified wastes, which not only affects the productivity of enterprises, but also increases unnecessary wastage of the enterprises. The study in this thesis starts from the history and development of Proctor-Gamble, and then discusses the characteristics of the supply chains and production equipments of Proctor-Gamble. I combine the knowledge that I have learned from operation management with my own experiences of care and maintenance works so as to carry out an innovation and re-design for the original care and maintenance system of Proctor-Gamble. I hope to re-design the practical application of Proctor-Gamble through these innovations, and then to gradually perfect the design and implementation of new systems, as well as promoting these redesigning systems to other factories in China, so as to contribute to the improvement of the equipment utilization efficiency of Proctor-Gamble and the social industry.
