中文摘要:G公司是一家以医药批发为主营业务的医药流通企业。在国家对医药流通的管理提出了更高要求的形势下,该公司在管理上也提出了更高的要求。虽然公司已经正在使用一套医药专版的ERP系统进行管理,但是已经不能满足公司业务发展的需要,同时公司正在新建并即将启用一个新的大型医药物流仓库,需要重新进行GSP认证。在这一背景下,公司高层研究决定重新购置并实施一套新型医药流通行业的ERP管理系统。 木文选用G公司进行ERP系统的更新换代过程为研究案例,在实际调查并充分查阅国内外现有文献的基础上开展研究,理论联系实际,客观科学的进行分析。在研究过程中,采用文字表述、定性分析为主,图表搭配为辅,运用企业管理的知识、信息化项目管理的知识、业务流程再造理论、软件工程理论等多学科知识,全面综合探讨企业ERP项目的实施方法,以求实现本次研究科学性与实用性的统一。 首先,本文系统地探讨了ERP和BPR的相关知识和原理,以及二者的关系,分析了 ERP 系统的实施方法和实施模式。在总结ERP理论知识的基础上,对G公司的信息化现状进行了分析,发现问题,总结问题,并提出最终通过更新换代ERP系统作为解决问题的最终方案。 其次,本文对软件实施商开始进场正式工作前的实施准备阶段进行了工作定义,第一步成立公司ERP实施项目组,第二步对ERP项目进行风险分析,第三步进行软硬件选型及实施方案的确定,最后一步确定项目实施计划。每一步都是保证项目实施成功的必要阶段。 最后,本文对软件实施商开始进场后的工作做了总结分析,从调研访谈到流程优化,到最后确定业务解决方案,分析了在这一实施过程中出现的问题并解决问题,并对项目实施的成功因素进行了总结。 本文通过对G公司ERP系统实施案例的研究,总结了医药流通企业实施ERP的方法以及保证项目成功的关键因素和步骤,为正在进行ERP系统实施或准备进行系统换代的医药流通企业提供借鉴方案。 
英文摘要:G is a medicine circulation enterprise and its main business is import medicine wholesale business. In the national management of the medicine distribution has put forward higher requirements, G also put forward higher requirements in the ERP system. Although G is already using a set of ERP of medicine distribution industry, it has been unable to meet the needs of business development. At the same time, G will enable a large medical logistics warehouse ,and it should pass the GSP certification . In this context, the research level of the company decided to re purchase of ERP system and implement a set of new medicine circulation industry. The thesis choose renewal process of G’s ERP system as the research case, and carry out research based on actual investigation and full access to domestic and foreign existing literature, combining theory and practice, objective and scientific analysis. In the course of the study,using the text representation, the qualitative analysis primarily, supplemented with the chart, project management of enterprise management knowledge, business process reengineering theory, software engineering theory multidisciplinary, comprehensive discussion on method of enterprise ERP project, in order to realize the unity of the scientific research and practical. First of all, this thesis systematically discusses the related knowledge and the theory of ERP and BPR, and the relationship between the two, analyzes the implementation method of ERP system and the implementation pattern. At the conclusion of the ERP on the basis of theoretical knowledge, information on the present situation of pine medicine were analyzed, found the problem, summarizes the problems, and put forward the final by updating ERP system as the ultimatesolution to the problem. Secondly, the implementation of business began to approach the implementation of formal work before the preparation phase of a working definition of software, a first step the establishment of G ERP project group, the second step of the ERP project risk analysis, to determine the third step for software and hardwareselection and implementation plan, the last step to determine the project implementation plan. Each step is a necessary stage to ensure the project success. Finally, this thesis on the software implementation business starts after the entry work description, from the interviews to the process optimization, to finalize the business solutions, analyses appear in this implementation process problems and solve the problem, and success factors of the implementation of the projectare summarized. In this thesis, through studying the implementation of G company’s ERP system , summarizes the method of implementing ERP system of medicine circulation enterprises and the key factors to ensure the success of the project and the steps for implementation of ERP system, the on going or planned medicine circulation enterprises to provide reference system upgrading scheme.
