| 中文摘要: | 伴随我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善与发展,金融领域也进入了规范的蓬勃发展阶段,人民的生活早已离不开各种形式的金融服务,社会对于金融机构的认知度、需求度普遍升高,特别是近些年发展起来的小额贷款公司。因为其服务的目标群体是“三农”和中小企业,且放款效率高、形式灵活多样,有效解决了“三农”和中小企业融资难问题,更为闲置的民间资本提供了正规、可靠的获利渠道,故特别受到大众的青睐。本文以薪酬管理理论为基础,研究和探索适用于G小额贷款公司的薪酬体系优化方案的设计,以提高G小额贷款公司现有从业人员的专业素质及主动性,并吸引更多高素质的专业人员,使小额贷款公司能更好的可持续发展。文章围绕如何优化G小额贷款公司的薪酬体系,通过回顾总结国内外薪酬管理研究文献、绩效管理理论及激励理论,在仔细分析小额贷款公司发展现状、G公司薪酬管理存在的问题及解决措施基础上,通过组织结构分析、岗位分析和评价、薪酬水平和结构设计及薪酬方案实施和管理一系列步骤,给出了适用于G小额贷款公司的薪酬体系优化设计方案。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With continuous improvement and development of China’s socialist market economy, the financial sector also enters into a normative prosperity development period. People’s livelihood cannot leave different forms of financial services, accordingly, social awareness for financial institutions and demand rises generally, especially small loan companies which developed rapidly in recent years. Because the targeting groups it served are “three rural” and small businesses, with high lending efficiency and flexible forms, it effectively solve financing problem of “three rural” and mid-small size companies; what’s more, it also provide regular and reliable profit channel, therefore, which is especially gaining popularity. Based on compensation management theory, the paper studies and explores the design of the compensation system that applicable to G small loan company, so that to improve the professional competence and initiative of the existing employees of G small loan company, as well as attract more professional staff with high quality, which shall bring better sustainable development for small loan companies. By surrounding how to develop the compensation system that applicable to G small loan company, through reviewing and summarizing the compensation management research literature at home and abroad, performance management theory and motivation theory, and based on careful analysis of development status of small loan companies, the existing problems of the compensation system in G company and countermeasures, the paper provides the compensation system that applicable to G small loan company by a series steps including organization structure analysis, job analysis and evaluation, compensation level and structure design, implementation and management of compensation solution. | |
