中文摘要：	新型城镇化是我国实现现代化的重要战略选择，我国城镇化速度很快，并且还有很大的潜力。城镇化的快速发展对金融服务提出了新要求，是金融领域新的发展机遇。北京银行农村业务服务于镇域经济，本文对北京银行农村业务的研究，有利于我国银行涉农领域的发展，有利于金融业银行业市场的不断完善。 本文以竞争战略和企业战略转型理论回顾为基础，梳理了相关经典战略理论和现代战略理论；并特别研究了企业战略转型的相关理论。在理论分析的基础上，本文同时综合运用了案例分析的方法。文章对北京银行及其农村业务的发展历程、经营现状分析出发，详细分析北京银行农村业务发展遇到的服务平台受限、中小企业融资难和缺乏特色金融服务方案问题。本文从环境角度进行分析，将环境分析与企业战略目标相结合，探讨了北京银行农村业务转型的依据，并分析战略转型的可行性。 在对北京银行农村业务发展现状和环境的全面分析了解后，针对农村业务发展的瓶颈和战略目标，本文提出北京银行农村业务的战略转型方案，详尽阐述了战略转型方案的经营范围、转型手段、战略特色，并做了战略的进程安排和盈利模式的分析。在详尽提出转型方案之后，根据北京银行的现有情况，明确了更新理念、增长方式、风险管理模式、营销模式和人力资源管理模式来确保战略方案的成功实施。根据方案的实施提出了确立战略理念、全面风险评估和管理和加强相关人才培育和储备等保障因素。本文通过针对性的构建我国城商银行农村业务的战略转型方案，以期对国内同类企业开展农村业务发展有所裨益。
英文摘要：	Urbanization is an important strategic choice to realize the modernization of our country. The urbanization of our country is fast and there is great potential. The rapid development of urbanization puts forward new requirements for financial services. It is new development opportunities for the financial field. The rural business of Bank of Beijing services in township economy. This paper studies on the Bank of Beijing rural business. It is conducive to the development of agriculture related financial industry in China's Bank and the improvement of banking markets. This paper is based on the theories of competition strategy and enterprise strategic transformation. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper also uses the method of case analysis. This paper analyses the management situation of development, the Bank of Beijing and its rural operations. This paper analyses in detail the problems in the development of rural business in Bank of Beijing. This paper combines environment analysis and strategic target of enterprise, discusses the Bank of Beijing rural business transformation, and analyses the feasibility of the strategic transformation. Strategic transformation scheme of rural business in Bank of Beijing is proposed in this paper to solve the bottleneck of rural business development. The scheme is based on the comprehensive analysis on the rural business in Bank of Beijing. This paper expounds scope, strategy means, characteristics, schedule and profit pattern of the strategic transformation project. After detailed proposed transition plan, this paper clears the renewal idea, growth pattern, risk management, marketing and human resources management mode according to the existing situation of the Bank of Beijing to ensure the successful implementation of the strategic plan. According to the scheme, this paper puts forward protection factors. In this paper, we construct strategic transformation scheme for rural business, which is helpful to develop rural business development in the domestic enterprises.
