| 中文摘要： | 随着全球化进程的加快，物流业近些年在全球范围内得到迅猛的发展。伴随着市场的发展，在物流领域竞争越发激烈，成本战、价格战使得很多企业的利润空间受到压缩，加之2008年金融危机对物流市场的冲击令很多企业困难重重。但与此同时物流作为公认的第三利润增长点，对企业降低成本、开发新的利润空间、促进经济与社会发展等都有重大意义。物流业形成了一个巨大的市场，市场期待有竞争力的现代物流企业，在这样的环境下，企业面临的机遇与挑战并存。 本文以战略管理、竞争战略、核心竞争力为主要的理论基础，详细研究了物流产业的全球发展历程，并调查了解了国内物流企业的发展现状及存在问题等。结合天津嘉信物流有限公司目前战略选择和所面临的机遇与挑战。通过SWOT、波特五力模型等分析方法对于天津嘉信物流有限公司进行全面、详细、客观的研究分析。通过分析天津嘉信物流有限公司在目前战略实施过程中存在的主要问题，经过对天津嘉信物流有限公司的分析，提出切实可行的竞争战略—差异化战略。并论证了差异化战略对企业下一个10年的发展的指导意义以及实施差异化战略所需要的战略保障。 作者运用企业核心竞争力理论对于企业的实际运营情况进行分析，希望能够对天津嘉信物流有限公司的实际战略选择和实施有所启发。 | |

Based on the strategy management, competitive strategies, the core competitive power as the main theoretical foundation, reviewed the global logistics industry development, and investigate the domestic logistics enterprise development present situation and existing problems, etc. Tianjin Guaransea logistics co., LTD., as a typical logistics company facing opportunities and challenges.
