中文摘要：	古语说，十年树木，百年树人。这句话说明了人才的造就是艰难的，也间接说明了人才对社会发展的重要性。人才的培养，最终能够提高国家的综合实力和国际竞争力。历来，教育都被人们所重视。宋匡胤提倡“与士大夫共天下”，民间朝堂对教育极其重视，同时提高了当时文人的地位。新时代我国大规模开展九年义务教育，努力提高学生的受教育程度。教育对任何一个时代都是重要的，只有重视教育，并且付诸实践的时代，才能够真正实现人才对时代的推动作用。随着社会的发展，教育朝着信息化、网络化、高科技化的方向发展，“教育信息化”油然而生。信息化时代是各领域快节奏发展的时代，教育信息化更是凸显了快速发展的态势。现在，多地学校都已经不同程度地建成了校园网，并以不同形式接入互联网，尤其是城市地区及经济较发达地区。随着经济的快速发展，信息化教学已经开始进入农村各类学校。信息化深入教育领域在创新教育教学模式，实现教育公平，提高教学质量和效率方面具有明显的促进作用。本文以国家教育信息化相关政策为指导，以教育城域网的构建模式和实施保障为研究对象，对教育城域网市场需求进行了充分调研，开展了本文的可行性研究，制定了邢台市教育城域网的总体规划和方案设计，详细阐述了邢台市教育城域网的构建过程。本文从理论联系实际的角度，得出了具有科学性的结论，并对教育城域网建设提出了一些可操作的建议，希望对今后教育城域网的建设提供一些参考，能够为提高教育教学效率有所帮助。全文主要分为五章。第一章为绪论，主要是对本选题的研究背景、问题提出、研究目的和意义，以及研究内容和框架进行研究；第二章主要论述教育信息化背景下教育教学信息资源的需求和教育城域网中存在的问题；第三章、第四章、第五章是本文的重点，第三章主要讨论教育城域网的构建模式和方案设计，第四章主要从技术、资金、施工、售后等四个方面对教育城域网的实施保障进行详细研究，第五章是典型案例分析，主要以邢台市教育城域网的构建和方案实施进行研究。最后是结论，主要针对本文的研究内容，提出本文选题的可行性。
英文摘要：	An old saying goes that “It takes ten years grow trees, but a hundred to rear people.” This shows the difficulty of training talents and illustrates the importance of talents for social development indirectly. Talent cultivation can improve comprehensive national power and international competitiveness eventually. Traditionally, education has been valued. Song Kuangyin advocated “the common domination with literati." Civil court attached high importance to education and improved the position of literati at that time. The large-scale development of nine-year compulsory education in the new era in China improves students’ education level. Education is important for any times. Only attaching importance to education and putting it into practice can talents impetus role be truly realized. With the development of society, education develops towards informationization, networking, and high-tech direction. Thus "education informationization" arises spontaneously. The information age is the fast-paced age in every field. Education informationization highlights the rapid development trend. Nowadays, many schools have built campus net to different degrees and accessed the Internet in different forms, especially city areas and fairly prosperous areas. With the rapid development of economy, the education informationization has begun to enter the rural schools of all kinds. Informationization deepening in educational field plays a significant role in innovation of education and teaching modes, realization of fair education and the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency. On the basis of this, guided by national education information related policy and taking the construction mode of Education Metropolitan Area Network and the implementation of security as the research object, we carried out a feasibility study of this paper. After a full investigation for the Educational Metropolitan area network market demand, we formulate the overall plan and the project design of Xingtai Educational Metropolitan Area network and the detailed construction process of Xingtai Educational Metropolitan Area network. From the perspective of linking theory with practice, this thesis achieves scientific conclusions, and some operable suggestions for Educational Metropolitan Area Network construction. We hope to provide some references to the future construction of Educational Metropolitan Area Network and can help to improve the efficiency of education and teaching. The thesis can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part. It is mainly to study the background, the question proposed, the study goal and significance, the research content and framework; The second chapter mainly discusses education information resources demand and Educational Metropolitan Area Network problems under the background of education informationization ; The third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter are the key parts.The third chapter mainly discusses the construction mode and project design;The fourth chapter mainly studies the implementation of safeguard of Educational Metropolitan Area Network from four aspects of technology, capital construction, and customer service; The fifth chapter is the analysis of typical cases, mainly studying the construction and the implementation of Educational Metropolitan Area network in Xingtai;The last chapter is the conclusion part. It mainly puts forward the feasibility of this topic on the basis of the research content.
