中文摘要：	经济全球化，成为当今世界经济快速发展的重要推动力。全球化经营、跨国并购，已经成为跨国公司海外投资及全球扩张的基本战略。对于战略性极高的油气产业，关乎到国家的社会稳定和经济安全，高风险、高门槛、高技术的产业特征，都加速了油气产业的并购整合及全球化步伐。明确的并购策略是实现成功并购的前提，是跨国公司在全球化激烈的竞争环境中，有效获取资源，快速打开新市场，提升自身核心竞争力，实现跨国公司的发展战略的重要条件。近年来，“走出去”战略是中国油气企业成为综合性国际能源公司的必然选择，国际化、全球化必将是中国油气产业发展的战略方向。跨国并购及全球化也是中国企业参与全球经济及企业迅速壮大的必由之路，将对中国油气产业的全球化并购战略具有重要的参考价值。 研究的主要内容，以斯伦贝谢公司的全球化发展历程及不断进行兼并、剥离和重组的并购作为案例，通过SWOT战略分析，对斯伦贝谢公司内外部环境优势及挑战的分析，达到最优的资源组合配置，突出核心技术与全球化并购在企业发展中的战略地位。运用企业并购的动因理论，风险理论及全球化理论，对斯伦贝谢公司并购对象与并购模式的选择、并购风险的控制及全球化并购运营策略加以分析，并对斯伦贝谢公司未来全球化并购策略做了创新研究。
英文摘要：	Economic globalization, has become an important driving force for the rapid development of the current world economy. Globalization of operation, transnational mergers and acquisitions, has become the basic strategy of overseas investment and global expansion of Multi-national Corporation. For higher strategic oil and gas industry, related to social stability of nation and economic security. The industrial characteristics of high risk, high threshold, high technology accelerate the merger and acquisition, integration and globalization of enterprises related to the oil and gas industry. The clear strategy of mergers and acquisitions is the premise to realize successful mergers and acquisitions, which is fatal for Multi-national companies in the global competition environment to effectively acquire technical resources, quickly open new markets, improve core competitiveness to achieve the development strategy of Multi-national corporation. In recent years, the strategy of “going out” is inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises in oil and gas industry to become the integrated international energy companies. Internationalization and globalization must be the development strategy direction of Chinese oil and gas industry. The transnational mergers and acquisitions and globalization is also the route one must take for Chinese enterprises to participate the global economic adjustment and rapidly growth, with important reference value for global M& A strategy in Chinese oil and gas industry. The main contents of research, based on the analysis and research of M&A strategy of globalization development history and substained mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and divestiture against schlumberger global development history, by SWOT analysis to further analyze advantages and challenges of internal and external environment, to achieve optimal combination of resources allocation, highlight the core technology and the globalization M&A as strategic position in the development of enterprises. To utilize motivation theory of M & A, risk theory and globalization theory to analize M&A targets, M&A mode selection, M&A risks control and globalization M&A operation strategy of Schlumberger, and make innovation research for the future global M &A strategy of Schlumberger.
