中文摘要: | 平台商业模式的核心内容是创造一个由多边构成,且多边相互促进、共同发展的“生态圈”。互联网技术的发展为平台商业模式创造了前所未有的契机,诸如百度、淘宝、腾讯等成功都源自平台模式。但平台模式的概念却并非是现代的产物,古代的集市、农贸市场、甚至现在我们经常提及的路边摊文化,都是平台商业模式的典型代表。 平台战略是企业发展平台商业模式的战略。关于平台战略的讨论往往围绕着互联网展开,但平台战略又并非是互联网独占的产物。因此,平台战略是否可以为互联网以外的实体经济提供参考呢?天津港是中国北方最大的港口之一,深入华北腹地,承载着重要的物流职能。我们是否可以基于平台战略的理论,从上述成功案例中找出共同潜在的规律,利用天津港口的特殊地理位置,来帮助一家传统的港口服务企业发展他的平台战略呢? 本文选取了一家天津A非中规汽车进口服务公司作为研究对象,通过对该企业目前所处行业环境的综合分析,发现企业发展平台战略的动因。针对企业的现状,我们提出了该企业发展平台战略的方案,以及企业实施平台战略的三个重要要素。 本文共有六章,第三章到第五章是本文的主体部分。本文的第三章从企业的现状入手,针对企业目前的经营格局进行研究,得出平台战略才是企业未来发展的出路。在本文的第四章中,从企业发展平台战略的现有基础出发,分别讨论了B2B和B2C两种商业模式下企业平台战略的构建方案。本文第五章给出了企业从现状到平台商业模式的途径——天津A非中规汽车进口服务公司实施平台战略的三大要素:基于核心能力的多样化战略、基于分工理论的供应链管理和基于信息技术的电子商务。 在文章最后的总结部分,将在对天津A非中规汽车进口服务公司发展平台战略的研究基础上进行引深讨论——天津A非中规汽车进口服务公司的平台战略是否可以为利用天津的口岸优势发展平台战略提供参考? | |
英文摘要: | The core content of the platform business model is to set up an “Ecological System” composed by multi parties whom mutual promote each other and develop each other. The development of Internet Technology has created an unprecedented opportunity for the platform business model. For instance, the success of Baidu, Taobao and Tencent are all derived from platform model. But the concept of platform business model is not a modern product. Ancient bazaar, farmer’s market and even the culture of roadside stall we usually mentioned are the typical case of the platform business model. “Platform Strategy” is the strategy that how an enterprise develop platform business model. The discussion of the “Platform Strategy” is usually with respect to the Internet. But the “Platform Strategy” is not an exclusive product by the Internet. Therefore, will the “Platform Strategy” provide a reference to the substantial economy apart from Internet? Tianjin Seaport, which is deeply into Bohai Gulf, is one of the largest seaports in northern China, undertaking the important Logistics function. Based on “Platform Strategy”, shall we find out the potential common rules from the cases mentioned above and make use of the particular geography location of the Tianjin Seaport? This thesis selects a Tianjin Service Company of Automobile Parallel Import as the research target. It finds out the motivation of the company development scheme of “Platform Strategy” by comprehensive analyzing the industry environment from which the company positioned. In view of the company situation, we put forward the company scheme of developing “Platform Strategy” and the three main factors to carry out the “Platform Strategy”. This thesis has a total of six chapters. Content from the third chapter to the fifth chapter is the main part of this thesis. The third chapter of this thesis starts with the current situation of the company. Based on the research of the current operation situation of this company, it concludes the result that the “Platform Strategy” is the outlet of the company future development. The fourth chapter of this thesis starts from the existing “Platform Strategy” foundation of the company. We discuss the specific “Platform Strategy” operating scheme of the company under the B2B business model and the B2C business model separately. The fifth chapter of this thesis proposes the method of changing from the current status to platform business model for the Tianjin Service Company of Automobile Parallel Import. This contains three main factors, which will let the company to carry out the “Platform Strategy”, including diversification strategy based on core capacity, supply chain management based on division of labor theory and electronic commerce based on information technology. In the conclusion chapter of this thesis, we will make a further discussion based on the research of the “Platform Strategy” to the Tianjin Service Company of Automobile Parallel Import. Will the “Platform Strategy” of the Tianjin Service Company of Automobile Parallel provide the reference to the “Platform Strategy” of advantage development of Tianjin Seaport? | |
