中文摘要:随着科学技术和信息工程的飞速发展,世界各国的工业制造业规模和水平都获得了迅猛地提升。企业间的竞争变得越来越激烈。如何有效控制成本,提高资金周转率,和提高用户满意度等问题已成为摆在大多数企业管理层面前的重大问题。丰田生产方式一直以来都是备受各企业推崇的管理经典之道。丰田生产方式以快速满足客户需求为目标,追求低成本管控,施行准时化的生产方式,这些都为其提高企业市场竞争力,挖掘企业运营潜力提供了保障。因此,其非常适合以通过内部挖潜来寻找新的发展点的企业。但是,丰田生产方式的应用在国内还面临诸多问题,尤其是在民营企业中表现得尤为突出。本文旨在通过对所选企业CZ公司推广丰田生产方式的研究,给相关企业提供一些参考和启发。本文以民营汽车企业CZ公司为例,阐述了公司根据其自身特点实施丰田生产方式的过程。首先提出了本课题的研究背景和意义,介绍了丰田生产方式在国内外的应用现状,阐述了丰田生产方式的理论和系统结构。然后对CZ公司生产管理现况进行了简单介绍,从人员状况、工艺流程、现场管理、库存管理几个方面着手,揭示了公司生产管理存在的问题和不足,找出需要提升改善的问题点。进一步基于丰田生产方式的理念,分别针对以上问题点提出改进方案,并进行改进前后的效果分析。本文最后一章对论文的研究内容进行了总结和展望。本文力求将丰田生产方式的理论与工厂的生产实践相结合。以理论指导实际工作,在实践的基础上进一步加深对理论的认识和研究,为处于变革中的民营企业更好地解决相关问题进行一次有益尝试。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of science research findings and IT technology, the level of industry and manufacturing scale is in a full speed improvement all over the world. The competition within enterprises is increasing severely. How to satisfy customers, strengthen cost controlling and accelerate turnover of capital, are lying on the table of most corporate leaders as the most significant problems. TPS (TOYOTA Production System) is one of the classic and popular enterprise management concepts by meeting customer demand quickly, reducing cost vastly, ensuring on time delivery accurately. It can provide security on improving marketing competitive ability and exploit potentiality of almost every company. However, TPS’s domestic localization is still facing too many problems. So, the purpose of this thesis is to pass through the study of the selected company to give out some reference and inspiration to the related enterprises. CZ Company, as an example, expounds the factory’s implementation of TPS process according to its characteristics. Firstly, proposing research background and significance, introduces the application of TPS in this country and overseas, elaborates the principle and structure of TPS. Secondly, introducing CZ Company current production situation, revealing management problems and deficiencies by forecast, processing flow, inventory management and on site management aspects. Thirdly, providing solutions according to the above problems, and analyzing the improvement result. Finally, making summary and expectation. This paper combined the TPS theory and CZ’s current reality to make theory to guide practice, through practice to deepen the theory research. At last, hope local private companies those have the similar issues could take some benefit from it.
